Subscription Terms

Update: 2025.06.25
  1. Relationship Between You and Accuvally

    • Accuvally Inc. (Chinese name: 盈科泛利股份有限公司), hereinafter referred to as “Accuvally,” provides services related to credit card authorization, payment, and subscription in accordance with these Terms of Service (the “Terms”).

  2. Acceptance of the Terms of Service

    • Credit card authorization and subscription services are services provided under the ACCUPASS platform and its related services and products operated by Accuvally (the “ACCUPASS”) in accordance with these Terms of Service (the “Services”). By commencing the use of the Services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions set forth in these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you may not use the Services.

    • ACCUPASS reserves the right to modify or amend the Terms at any time. The latest version of the Terms will be posted on the Service website without separate notice to users. If a user continues to use the Services after the modification or amendment of the Terms, such continued use shall be deemed as the user’s complete review, understanding, and acceptance of the revised Terms and agreement to comply with the same.

    • If the user is under the age of 18, under guardianship, or under assistance declaration, in addition to the user complying with the Terms, the user’s legal representative (or guardian or assistant) must also fully review, understand, and agree to comply with all contents of the Terms, and permit, consent to, or acknowledge the user’s application, use, or continued use of the Services. Only upon obtaining such permission, consent, or acknowledgment from the legal representative (or guardian or assistant) shall the user be permitted to apply for, use, or continue to use the Services. When the user applies for, uses, or continues to use the Services, it shall be deemed that the user has obtained the permission, consent, or acknowledgment of the legal representative (or guardian or assistant). If the user continues to use the Services after any amendments or modifications to the Terms, it shall be deemed that the legal representative (or guardian or assistant) has also thoroughly reviewed, understood, and agreed to the revised Terms, and permits, consents to, or acknowledges the user’s continued use of the Services.

  3. Subscriptions

    • All subscription plans provided by ACCUPASS, including but not limited to Silver Star, Gold Star, and Diamond Star under the Star Plan, are subject to automatic renewal. ACCUPASS will automatically charge you based on the subscription plan selected by you at regular intervals. For example, if you purchase a 1-year Diamond Star plan under the Star Plan, the system will automatically renew your subscription at the end of the 1-year subscription period.

    • To avoid being automatically charged for the next billing cycle, please ensure that you cancel your subscription or membership before the automatic renewal date. Please note that deleting the ACCUPASS organizer or account will not cancel your subscription or membership.

  4. Automatic Renewal

    • If you do not cancel your subscription before the next renewal date, ACCUPASS will automatically renew your subscription for the next billing cycle.

  5. Upgrading

    • When you switch to a higher-tier subscription plan, it is considered an upgrade. The remaining balance from your previous, lower-tier subscription will be calculated on a prorated basis. ACCUPASS will then charge you the difference between the price of the higher-tier subscription and the prorated refund amount, and the upgrade will take effect immediately. The upgrade date will become the renewal date for the higher-tier subscription.

  6. Downgrading

    • When you switch to a lower-tier subscription plan, it is considered a downgrade. ACCUPASS will charge you the price of the lower-tier subscription plan on the next renewal date.

  7. Canceling a Subscription

    • After canceling a subscription plan, you can continue using the service for the remaining paid days of the subscription period. Canceled services will not be retroactively refunded, and previously paid subscription fees will not be prorated based on the cancellation date. If you have more than one subscription or membership, each will have its own renewal date, and you must cancel each one individually.
