Electronic Messaging Service Terms and Conditions

  1. Transmission of Event Notifications The Organizer may use the Service to send event-related notifications in the form of electronic messages to the mobile phone numbers of Service Users.

  2. Payment and Billing The Service shall be paid for with ACCUPASS points. The Organizer must pre-purchase such points, which shall be debited from the Organizer’s ACCUPASS point account immediately upon the sending of electronic messages.   3. Authorization to Send Messages The Organizer hereby grants ACCUPASS irrevocable and unconditional authorization to send electronic messages to Service Users’ mobile phone numbers on behalf of the Organizer.

  4. Non-Delivery and Additional Charges ACCUPASS shall not be liable for, nor issue refunds for, any failure or delay in the delivery of electronic messages, or for messages not being displayed as intended, due to errors in Service User data, poor signal reception, system compatibility issues, causes attributable to Service Users or their telecommunications providers, or other circumstances beyond ACCUPASS’s reasonable control. Any retransmission of electronic messages necessitated by the foregoing shall incur additional charges.

  5. Service Provided "As-Is" The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties regarding speed, security, reliability, accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. ACCUPASS disclaims any liability for the Service’s failure to meet specific user requirements or expectations.

  6. Compliance with Applicable Laws The Organizer shall ensure that the content and transmission of electronic messages comply fully with the laws of the Republic of China and the jurisdiction in which the event is held. The Organizer shall promptly provide all required information as requested by competent authorities. In the event of an investigation by administrative or judicial authorities concerning the content or transmission of electronic messages, the Organizer shall fully cooperate with and shall not object to any such investigation.

  7. Right to Suspend or Terminate Service ACCUPASS reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the Service at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice.

  8. Liability for Breach The Organizer shall indemnify and hold harmless ACCUPASS for any damages, losses, or liabilities (including but not limited to fines imposed by administrative or judicial authorities or claims by third parties) arising from the Organizer’s breach of these Terms of Use.

  9. Modification of Terms ACCUPASS reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. The Organizer agrees to review the most current version of the Terms of Use prior to using the Service. The Organizer's use of the Service shall be deemed as its full acceptance of the Terms of Use in effect at the time of use.
