Credit Card Authorization Terms
Update: 2025.06.25
Relationship Between You and Accuvally
Acceptance of the Terms of Service
Credit Card Authorization
You authorize ACCUPASS to perform credit card authorization through the “NewebPay Service Platform” (the “NewebPay”) and to obtain the payment token issued by NewebPay. The authorized credit card may be used to pay for service fees on ACCUPASS in the future.
ACCUPASS does not handle, store, or manage credit card numbers. All credit card information is processed solely by NewebPay. In the event of disputes regarding credit card payments, such as loss, theft, robbery, fraudulent acquisition, destruction, counterfeiting, or unauthorized possession, the user shall address such matters directly with the issuing bank or the NewebPay Service Platform, and ACCUPASS shall bear no liability for such disputes.
During the credit card authorization process, a small amount may be charged as a verification transaction (e.g., a NT$10 authorization hold). This amount will be canceled after verification and will not be charged to the account.
You must ensure that the credit card information provided is legitimate and valid and that the cardholder has authorized the use of the card to pay platform fees.
Canceling a Credit Card Authorization
You may request to cancel a credit card authorization through the platform at any time. The platform will send a cancellation request to NewebPay, and the relevant operations will be processed by NewebPay.
Once the credit card authorization is canceled, the credit card can no longer be used to pay for service fees.
Expiration and Invalidity
The validity period of a payment token associated with a credit card authorization will correspond to the expiration date of the credit card. When the credit card expires, the payment token will also become invalid simultaneously.
If the credit card becomes invalid for any other reason, it may result in the suspension or termination of the Services.
Since ACCUPASS does not store credit card information, you are solely responsible for ensuring the validity of the credit card information.
Replacing a Credit Card
You may initiate a request to replace a credit card through the platform. The platform will notify NewebPay to process the request and obtain a new payment token.
During the credit card replacement process, a verification transaction, consistent with the previous authorization process, will be conducted to confirm the validity of the new card.
If there are pending payment orders after the credit card has been replaced, the platform will use the new credit card for such payments to ensure uninterrupted services.
Payments
When you use services provided by ACCUPASS, ACCUPASS will initiate payment requests through NewebPay and utilize the payment token issued by NewebPay to process credit card transactions.
ACCUPASS does not directly handle credit card transactions. Instead, all payment processing between ACCUPASS and the issuing bank is managed by NewebPay.
If you have scheduled services with ACCUPASS but do not have a valid credit card authorization at the time of payment, or if the payment token has expired, the payment will fail, and the service will not be initiated or continued.
You shall ensure that the authorized credit card has a sufficient credit limit; otherwise, your ability to use ACCUPASS services may be affected.
The Services are for personal use only and may not be transferred, pledged, or provided to any third party for possession or use. In the event of any violation of the foregoing provision, you shall be solely liable for any resulting payment obligations, disputes, or losses.
Accuvally Inc. (Chinese name: 盈科泛利股份有限公司), hereinafter referred to as “Accuvally,” provides services related to credit card authorization, payment, and subscription in accordance with these Terms of Service (the “Terms”).

If the user is under the age of 18, under guardianship, or under assistance declaration, in addition to the user complying with the Terms, the user’s legal representative (or guardian or assistant) must also fully review, understand, and agree to comply with all contents of the Terms, and permit, consent to, or acknowledge the user’s application, use, or continued use of the Services. Only upon obtaining such permission, consent, or acknowledgment from the legal representative (or guardian or assistant) shall the user be permitted to apply for, use, or continue to use the Services. When the user applies for, uses, or continues to use the Services, it shall be deemed that the user has obtained the permission, consent, or acknowledgment of the legal representative (or guardian or assistant). If the user continues to use the Services after any amendments or modifications to the Terms, it shall be deemed that the legal representative (or guardian or assistant) has also thoroughly reviewed, understood, and agreed to the revised Terms, and permits, consents to, or acknowledges the user’s continued use of the Services.
