原國際講師 Natalie Highwood 因故無法抵台，調整為Julie's Bicycle的英國藝術協會專案經理Hannah Graham 授課，造成不便敬請見諒。

｜Creative Climate Leadership Workshop｜
創意氣候領導力工作坊(Creative Climate Leadership Workshop)是英國非營利組織Julie's Bicycle專為文化專業人士和藝術家設計的培訓課程，目的是帶領文化專業人士和藝術家探索文化層面的氣候變遷議題，採取具有影響力、創造力和韌性的行動，強化整個文化創意產業的氣候領導力，並以正義和共融的方法倡導積極變革。
Julie's Bicycle在過去17年中積極推動創意氣候行動，串聯全球數以千計的藝術家與文化機構串聯資源與知識，推動文化產業的永續變革，提出政策倡議。本次工作坊特邀Julie's Bicycle的英國藝術協會專案經理Hannah Graham來引領參與者了解創意氣候行動，探討創意氣候領導力的國際案例，並以小組形式引導參加者交流各自的背景、經驗以及資源，反思自身在永續變革行動中的角色，共同探討發展推動永續的關鍵挑戰，分享實踐經驗與見解。
本工作坊期望凝聚台灣藝術、文化、企業等各領域的管理者與藝術家，藉由講師引導交流討論，串聯彼此知識和資源，成為未來永續之路上的好夥伴，在各自的領域中發揮影響力，成為創意氣候行動領導者。
The Creative Climate Leadership Workshop, designed by the UK-based nonprofit organization Julie's Bicycle, offers training courses tailored specifically for cultural professionals and artists. The workshop aims to guide participants in exploring the cultural dimensions of climate change, encouraging them to take influential, creative and resilient actions that strengthen climate leadership across the cultural and creative industries, while advocating for positive change through a lens of justice and inclusivity.
Julie's Bicycle has been at the forefront of creative climate action for the past 17 years, connecting thousands of artists and cultural organizations worldwide to resources and knowledge, and promoting sustainable change in cultural industries through policy initiatives. This workshop will be led by Hannah Graham, Arts Council England Programme Manager of Julie's Bicycle, who has been specially invited to guide participants in understanding creative climate action and explore international case studies of creative climate leadership. Through group discussions, participants will be guided to share their backgrounds, experiences, and resources, reflect on their roles in sustainable transformation, collaboratively explore key challenges in advancing sustainability, and exchange practical experiences and insights.
The focus of the workshop is to unite leaders and artists from Taiwan's arts, culture, and business sectors. Guided by expert facilitators, participants will engage in discussions that connect their knowledge and resources, fostering partnerships for a sustainable future and paving the way for them to become influential leaders in creative climate action within their respective fields.

Hannah Graham 目前擔任Julie’s Bicycle的英國藝術協會專案經理，擁有超過15年在藝術文化領域的經驗，涉及音樂節、博物館、畫廊以及表演和視覺藝術。憑藉劇場藝術的背景，她善於利用創意敘事來激勵同理心的連結，並藉此探討社會、歷史和當代議題，同時尋找未來的替代方案。
在Julie’s Bicycle，Hannah負責制定和推動全面的計劃，旨在培養文化領域的領導力。該計劃的重點是推動大規模的氣候行動，特別強調減碳、韌性、正義和治理。
Hannah 亦專精於社區共同創作、以地區為基礎的轉型計劃以及策略夥伴關係的發展。她領導的「綠色未來」倡議在英國文化之都（UK City of Culture）活動期間，將藝術家、地方政府、大學和企業聯合起來，通過藝術的力量共同應對環境危機。
As Programme Manager for Arts Council England at Julie’s Bicycle, Hannah brings over 15 years of experience across the cultural sector, spanning festivals, museums, galleries, and the performing and visual arts. With a background in Theatre Arts, she leverages creative storytelling to inspire empathy and connection, addressing social, historical, and contemporary issues while envisioning alternative futures.
At Julie’s Bicycle, Hannah is shaping the development and delivery of a comprehensive programme aimed at cultivating leadership within the cultural sector. The programme focuses on driving large-scale climate action, with an emphasis on decarbonisation, resilience, justice, and governance.
Hannah also specializes in community co-creation, place-based transformation initiatives, and strategic partnership development. Her leadership of the Green Futures initiative during the UK City of Culture united artists, local government, universities, and businesses to address the environmental crisis through the power of art.

各領域藝術家、表演團體、藝文場館、劇場專業人士、文創產業、各縣市文化局、藝術管理相關系所師生等優先錄取。
The following categories will be considered to get priority recruitment. Artists, Performing Arts Company, Venue&Theatre, Industries&delegate, Arts Industry Associated, Arts management. And those who associated to the educations and academic institutions are included.

＊工作坊為邀請審核制，主辦單位保留本工作坊錄取名單的權利，並將於活動前一週（10/1前）寄發錄取通知，敬請確認報名表中所提供之 Email 為常用信箱。
The number of workshop spots is limited. After registration, the organizers will review applications and notify selected participants via email. A pre-event notice will be sent one week before the event (by 10/1). Please ensure that the email address provided in the registration form is one you regularly use.
