Introduction: Housing Policies in East Asian Inclusive Cities

1. 介紹社區據點陪伴兒少的模式，分享大同區兒少照顧的樣貌及協力合作夥伴－新樣基金會、大橋兒少關懷據點。
2. 放心窩服務主軸－
(1) 課後輔導：課後陪伴且協助國小生完成作業，並開設美術、烹飪及手工藝等多項課程多元發展。
(2) 夜間陪伴：晚間七至九點持續為國高中生安排老師解題、學習新知。
(3) 青少年培力：根據興趣與天份安排如藝術、電繪、攝影、音樂和運動等課程供孩子探索多方面的生涯發展機會。
(4) 多元教育社會工作：不定期以小團體之方式討論生命議題、情感教育、人際關係、金錢價值觀或各項生活疑難雜症。
(5) 新移民多元社區講座：舉辦料理、烘焙和手作等課程，並邀請諸國新移民們擔任講師來分享家鄉特色。
3. 參訪大橋兒少關懷據點－基督教勵友中心
1.Introduction: Community Support Models for Children and Youth by FunSceneWorld, showcasing the child and youth care initiatives in Datong District and collaborative partners, including the NewSeed Foundation and Daqiao Child and Youth Care Center.

2.FunSceneWorld's Focus:
(1) After-School Tutoring: Providing academic support and guidance to elementary school students, offering diverse courses in arts, cooking, and crafts for holistic development.
(2) Evening Support: Offering tutoring and learning support from 7 PM to 9 PM for junior and senior high school students.
(3) Youth Empowerment: Providing opportunities for career exploration and personal growth in various fields such as arts, digital illustration, photography, music, and sports, based on individual interests and talents.
(4) Multidimensional Social Work in Education: Facilitating small group discussions on life issues, emotional education, interpersonal relationships, financial values, and other challenges of daily life.
(5) Multicultural Community Lectures for New Immigrants: Organizing cooking, baking, and handicraft courses, inviting immigrants from different countries to share their cultural heritage as guest lecturers.

3.Visit to Daqiao Child and Youth Care Center - Christian Friends Center.

2. 社區培力介紹－以創新方式進行兒少社區據點培植，培植在地文化結合兒少全人照顧，協助兒少於社區中成長。
3. 中央兒少代表培力介紹－以兒童權利公約(CRC)為推廣主體，培植我國兒少對CRC的認識，並協助兒少倡議自身權益的。
4. 交流討論時間
1.Introduction to Child Welfare League Foundation Services: Overview of the services provided by the Child Welfare League Foundation.
2.Introduction to Community Empowerment: Innovative approaches to cultivating child and youth community centers, integrating local culture with holistic care for children and youth, and supporting their growth within the community.
3.Introduction to Central Youth Representatives Empowerment: Promoting children's rights based on the Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC), enhancing children's understanding of the CRC in Taiwan, and assisting children in advocating for their own rights.

人生百味是一個耕耘於都市貧窮議題的組織，自2014年開始發起各項大眾倡議、議題研究、無家者直接服務的計畫。
Do you a Flavor is an organization dedicated to addressing urban poverty issues. Since 2014, it has initiated various public initiatives, conducted research on relevant topics, and implemented direct services for the homeless.

一群社工學生認為人不應被當成問題處理，在這個相對貧困的社區中開啟了社會工作的時間。從弱勢家庭的工作、兒少課後照顧據點，到持續發展合作經濟。我們期待除了使人有更好的生存及發展條件，也持續經營讓人可以互相支持的空間，最終，與人、與社群、與社區共創和共享生活。
A group of social work students believe that people should not be treated as problems to be solved, and they have embarked on a journey of social work in this relatively impoverished community. From working with disadvantaged families and providing after-school care for children, to promoting cooperative economies for sustainable development. We aspire not only to improve people's living conditions and opportunities for development but also to cultivate spaces where mutual support can thrive. Ultimately, we aim to co-create and share life with individuals, communities, and neighborhoods.

逆風劇團，是三位曾經叛逆的高風險少年共同組成的NPO團體，透過藝文、社福、教育等多元陪伴來協助逆境兒少。
A non-profit organization formed by three formerly rebellious and high-risk youth. Through various forms of arts, social welfare, and education, they provide support and guidance to disadvantaged children and youth facing adversity.

The Sandwich Studio was established in 2012 with the mission of promoting inclusiveness and cultural equity through art and design. Through collaboration, we constantly explore how art and design can pave the way for marginalized individuals in their creative pursuits and employment opportunities.

微光盒子是深耕於木柵的兒少組織，推動以創傷知情為核心的陪伴，期望為孩子創造學校與家庭之外的避風港。
Twilightbox is a youth organization based in Muzha, dedicated to providing trauma-informed support. Our aim is to create a safe haven for children, beyond the realms of school and family, where they can find solace and companionship.

NCCU USR focuses on the theme of "Creating a Better Wenshan." It aims to cultivate students' identification with local culture and community engagement, enhance their understanding of social issues, and develop innovative problem-solving skills. Through four main pillars: children and youth services, care for new immigrants, legal assistance, and support for economically disadvantaged individuals, NCCU USR aims to accompany and empower community residents. By transforming the Ankang community, fostering community identity and awareness, and encouraging residents' active participation in public affairs, NCCU USR strives for sustainable community development and the mutual well-being of the school and community.

小紅帽是臺灣第一個專注於推動月經平權的非營利組織，致力於透過社福、教育、研究、倡議消弭月經貧窮與汙名，也在全臺灣推動更全面、多元、不分性別的月經教育，及營造月經友善環境。
With Red has impacted East and Southeast Asia since 2019. It is a highly recognized and influential NGO to tackle period poverty and stigma and promotes Taiwan’s period equity. In 2022, they founded the first and currently only period museum, The Red House, in Taipei, Taiwan.

五角拌是長期關注於都市拾荒者議題的組織。藉由各種體驗活動，搭建大眾深度認識拾荒者的平台。也希望藉由各項行動，替拾荒者發聲！
Ngóo-kak is an organization that has long been dedicated to addressing the issue of urban scavengers. Through various experiential activities, it aims to create a platform for the public to gain a deeper understanding of scavengers. Additionally, it strives to advocate for the rights and voices of scavengers through its actions.

本協會號召具愛心及熱心服務人士，建立民間社會服務網絡承接與服務經濟弱勢族群，以輔助更生人、街友、經濟弱勢族群重返就業市場及扶持其經濟生活自立支持、倡導權益、提升其尊嚴，促進社會溝通、減少歧視與汙名為宗旨。
Youshi mobilizes individuals with compassion and a dedication to service to establish a civil society service network that assists and supports economically disadvantaged groups. The organization aims to facilitate the reintegration of ex-offenders, homeless individuals, and economically vulnerable populations into the job market, empowering them to achieve economic self-sufficiency. It advocates for their rights, enhances their dignity, promotes social communication, reduces discrimination, and works towards eradicating stigmatization.

在服務的過程，對於每個貧困者，我們都是希望協助其安定中求成長，必須陪伴其從觀念上轉變，去思考如何令自己回到安全的生存狀態，每個人的歷程不同，而我們可以從中陪伴協助釐清。同樣的思辨，我們希望藉由服務的過程，昇華成教育，將人生的風險管理傳承給未來台灣的主人，以期讓台灣可以變得更好。
In the process of serving individuals living in poverty, our goal is to assist them in finding stability and promoting personal growth. We believe it is essential to accompany them in transforming their mindset and contemplating how to return to a state of safety and security. Each person's journey is unique, and we strive to provide support in clarifying their path. Through this reflective process, we aspire to elevate our service into education, imparting the principles of risk management in life to the future custodians of Taiwan. Our ultimate aim is to contribute to making Taiwan a better place.

• 請著方便行走的鞋子(8/17、18有實地參訪)，水杯、環保餐具和愉快的心情。
• 退費規定:請由活動通上辦理退票事宜，需於票券有效日開始前8天退票。活動通會向退票申請人酌收票價10%退票手續費。
• 本次活動將開立手寫收據，並在8/16報到時，隨會議手冊與名牌一併領取。

• Please wear comfortable walking shoes (as there will be field visits on August 17th and 18th), bring a water bottle, eco-friendly utensils, and come with a cheerful attitude.
• Refund policy: Please process ticket refunds through the event platform (ACCUPASS). Refunds must be requested at least 8 days prior to the start date indicated on the ticket. A 10% refund handling fee will be deducted by the event platform for ticket refunds.
• Handwritten receipts will be issued for this event, and they will be distributed along with the conference handbook and name tags during registration on August 16th.

• 每個單位的交朋友之夜名額有限，我們會以報名先後順序決定。您有可能報名後被分派到不是最想去的那一組。沒關係，我們會在報到時給參加交朋友之夜的活動者不同顏色的手鍊，您可以在白天研討會時，和手上有你想去的組織的顏色手環參加者協調，拜託他跟你換。

• The networking events on August 16th and August 17th are optional. Please consider your physical and mental energy before participating.
• The capacity for Friends night is limited. Participants will be assigned to groups based on the order of registration. Don't worry, during registration, we will provide participants of the networking events with different-colored wristbands. You can coordinate with other participants who have the desired organization's wristband color during the daytime conference sessions and kindly ask them to exchange wristbands with you.
