[商品購買規範]
- 每人限印數量，請以現場實際公佈為主，並請耐心配合且遵從工作人員指示。
- 限定悠遊卡皆為限量供應，售完為止，如售完則會提早結束。
- 限定悠遊卡僅接受實體刷卡/線上支付：信用卡、LINE Pay、悠遊卡、悠遊付、街口支付、全支付。(不可使用 Apply Pay、Google Pay、銀聯卡)
- 若非機器故障導致的印製瑕疵，一般情況下確實售出不予退換。
[線上預約 入場規定]
- 本快閃店採預約入場制，每次預約僅限1人入場，只能於預約指定日期和時段入場。
- 線上預約時請使用入場者本人的ACCUPASS帳號，並依照網頁指示填寫預約者基本資料，需與身分證件相同。
- 每場次15分鐘，請於預約成功之場次入場前5分鐘至3F入口處報到，出示入場QR CODE，經工作人員確認後完成報到，再依照現場指示依序入場。
- 如錯過預約成功之場次，將會取消入場資格且無法入場。
- 每場次僅限入場一次，且離場後不可再入場；遲到入場時，需依照原定時間退場。
- 每場次皆需排隊等候報到及入場，且依照現場狀況，有可能導致延遲入場的情況發生。
[線上預約 注意事項]
- 如因個人因素無法到場，請於該場次開始前24小時，至ACCUPASS系統內自行取消。被取消之預約名額將會由系統自動釋放出來。
- 入場報到時請在指定區域內，依序排隊等候。
- 排隊等候時禁止使用椅子、折疊椅等會阻擋走道的物品。
- 請勿做出影響其他入場觀眾的行為，如被判斷嚴重影響他人時將會被現場工作人員制止或禁止入場。
[POP-UP入場注意事項]
⚠️入場 【ONE OK ROCK DETOX POP-UP @ TAIPEI】 的顧客將視為同意以下注意事項：
- 活動期間僅憑各報名時段ACCUPASS憑證入場，現場請依照工作人員指示進行排隊。- 請注意保管個人隨身物品及財物。 主辦單位不負責個人物品遺失、損壞等狀況。
- 快閃店內禁止攜帶飲料、食物進場。
- 場內拍攝到的肖像、照片或影片，有可能會作為影音素材使用後上傳至官方社群平台。
- 如未事先申請，禁止在快閃店內進行商業攝影。
- 爲了安全舒適地使用，請配合現場工作人員指示，如違反規定，工作人員將強制請違規者立即離場。
- 華納音樂保留修改、終止及本活動相關演出內容之權利，活動相關異動訊息，以官方社群及現場公告為主，恕不另行通知。

- Purchase Limits: Subject to onsite announcement. Please follow staff instructions
- Limited Availability: EasyCards are limited and available while stocks last.
- Payment Methods: Physical Credit Cards, LINE Pay, EasyCard, EasyWallet, JKO Pay, and PX Pay are accepted. (Note: Apple Pay, Google Pay, and UnionPay are NOT accepted.)
- Refunds: All sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted except for defective items or machine malfunctions.
[Online Booking Guide]
- Online Reservation Required: Entry is by appointment only. Each reservation is valid for one person and only for the specified date and time.
- Account & Verification: Please use your own ACCUPASS account to book. Ensure the personal information provided matches your official ID.
- Session & Check-in: Each session lasts 15 minutes. Please arrive at the 3F entrance 5 minutes early to check in. Show your QR CODE to the staff for verification before entering as directed.
- Missed Sessions: If you miss your scheduled time slot, your reservation will be canceled, and entry will not be permitted.
- Entry Policy: Re-entry is not allowed after leaving. Late arrivals must still exit at the original scheduled time of the session.
- Wait Times: Please be prepared to queue for check-in and entry. Depending on the venue’s situation, there may be slight delays in entry.
[Online Booking & Notice]
- Cancellations: If you cannot attend, please cancel your reservation via the ACCUPASS system at least 24 hours before your session. Cancelled slots will be released back into the system automatically.
- Queuing: Please wait in line within the designated area during check-in.
- Prohibited Items: Chairs, folding stools, or any items that obstruct the walkways are strictly prohibited in the queue.
- Conduct: Please be mindful of others. Any behavior deemed disruptive to other visitors may result in a warning or removal from the venue by staff.
[POP-UP Entry Notice]
By entering "ONE OK ROCK DETOX POP-UP @ TAIPEI," visitors agree to the following terms:
- Entry Requirements: Entry is only permitted with a valid ACCUPASS voucher for the specific time slot. Please follow staff instructions for queuing.
- Personal Property: Please look after your personal belongings. The organizer is not responsible for any loss or damage.
- Food & Drinks: Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited inside the Pop-up.
- Media Consent: Photos or videos taken inside the venue containing your likeness may be used by the official social media platforms.
- Commercial Photography: Unauthorized commercial photography is strictly prohibited.
- Safety & Compliance: For the safety and comfort of all guests, please follow staff directions. Violators of these rules will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
- Rights Reserved: Warner Music reserves the right to modify or terminate the event details. Any changes will be announced on official social media or on-site without prior notice.
