在臺大馬人才科技職涯交流會 | Malaysia’s Tech Career & Talent Connect in Taiwan 2026

📌 活動背景 About the Event

台灣半導體產業居全球領先地位，許多大馬工程師在這裡累積了紮實的經驗。與此同時，馬來西亞正往產業價值鏈上游發展：雪蘭莪州已設立位於蒲種（Puchong）與賽城（Cyberjaya）的兩座 IC 設計園區，匯聚本地與國際晶片設計企業。對在台的大馬科技人才來說，下一步不再只是「留台」或「返鄉」二選一，也可以是橫跨兩地的發展。

本活動由雪蘭莪資訊科技與數位經濟機構（SIDEC）與 Cake 共同舉辦，邀請雪州政府、TalentCorp 與在台大馬工程師面對面交流，從就業市場、職缺到返國經驗，一次了解馬來西亞科技業的最新機會。

Taiwan’s semiconductor industry is one of the world’s most advanced, and many Malaysian engineers have built strong careers here. Meanwhile, Malaysia is moving up the value chain: Selangor now hosts two Malaysia Semiconductor IC Design Parks in Puchong and Cyberjaya, bringing together local and international chip design companies.

For Malaysian tech talent in Taiwan, your next step is no longer a choice between staying and returning. It can be a career that spans both.

Co-organised by the Selangor Information Technology & Digital Economy Corporation (SIDEC) and Cake, this event brings together the Selangor State Government, TalentCorp and Malaysian engineers in Taiwan for a face-to-face exchange, giving you a full picture of Malaysia’s latest tech opportunities, from the job market and open roles to returnee experiences.

• Weeroc Space: The aerospace arm of France-based Weeroc, designing chips for satellites, drones and aircraft from the IC Design Park.
• Skyechip: A recently Bursa listed Malaysian IC design company building advanced IP and chips for AI and high-performance computing.
