萬華，溫柔地包容各式各樣的族群。

Wanhua accepts folks from every walk of life.
這裡曾是繁榮的艋舺港口，光華退去，現在剩下舊房古蹟、祖傳生意，以及各式老派娛樂。
還有某些特別的人事物，也紛紛在街頭小巷騎樓，自成一格。
Once a bustling port, its opulence may have faded, but it is still host to countless historical buildings, sites, family businesses, and all sorts of old-school entertainment.
In addition to its rich heritage, the weird and wild people of Wanhua have filled the winding streets, narrow alleys, and shaded arcades with their own unique style.

導覽員梁兄原先有穩定工作，卻因新冠疫情失業、滑落街頭。流浪期間，他做過許多低薪的臨時工、粗工，也受過許多萬華社會單位、民間團體的服務，更發掘了不少銅板價的享樂之道。
漸漸地，描繪出屬於自己的一張「藏寶圖」！
Our tour guide Uncle Liang lost his job during the COVID-19 pandemic and ended up on the streets. Whilst Wandering Wanhua, he found low-paying temp jobs, rough labor work, and was supported by the city’s social workers and Wanhua’s many charitable NGOs. He found many ways to enjoy his days with only the change in his pocket.
In time, he sketched his own “treasure map” of Wanhua!

What secrets might this treasure map hold?
邊走在藏寶圖上，梁兄會邊介紹協助自己度過失業的紓困經歷，以及在手頭不寬裕時，仍然可以購買衣物幫助自己走過寒冬的攤販等等。短短一公里的步行距離，集結著無家者生活、工作、吃穿，也包含了都市狹縫中，梁兄流浪時的生存軌跡。
Following his old map, Uncle Liang will point out the services that helped him survive unemployment, and where he found cheap cold-weather clothes. This short one-kilometer tour offers a window into the life, work, food, and clothing of Wanhua’s homeless folks through Uncle Liang’s wandering existence in the narrow gaps of the city.

【你記憶中的街頭，是什麼顏色呢？】
無家者阿昌師曾經擔任過刺青師傅，年輕時擅長替人刺青龍神佛，一身技藝走跳江湖。輾轉流浪到芒草心後，在工作人員的引導下，以阿昌師的刺青手法描繪出六張充滿故事的街遊導覽經典場景：阿和與台電職員一起分享蚊香的東三水市場睡處、阿俊分不清楚A號B號的西門紅樓、打工王小胖生活兩年的艋舺公園，還有衡陽路合作金庫的兩隻童趣貓頭鷹、明星咖啡廳、懷舊剝皮寮。
這些場景也許你都曾駐足，然而加上了生命的顏料後，街頭不再只是一成不變的風景，多了些熟悉的人影、可愛的故事；多了豐富的生命。
現在，隨著色畫贈送十二色鉛筆一組，讓繽紛的色彩填上屬於你的萬華印象。讓屬於你個人的色彩和味道，填滿你的街頭。你會發現，平凡的生活再次有了新的奇蹟。

我們是 街遊 Hidden Taipei
街遊 Hidden Taipei 是社團法人台灣芒草心慈善協會專注在社會溝通的專案。概念來自倫敦，透過無家者導覽員看見他們眼中的台北。而後開發出「真人圖書館」、「艋舺走撞」街頭遊戲、「無家者的街頭講堂」教學包等活動，帶領大家透過多元有趣的體驗方式理解無家議題。
We are Hidden Taipei
Hidden Taipei is a public communication program run by Homeless Taiwan Association. Inspired by Unseen Tours in London, Hidden Taipei allows participants to see the city through the eyes of the homeless tour guides. Hidden Taipei has also developed various activities such as the Living Library, Strive for Life (a live-action role-play street game) and the Lecture on the Street (Educational materials for teenagers to understand homelessness), all aiming to promote a deeper understanding of the homeless issue among the general public.
