The Shack Pizza 1公里登頂活動
這是一個讓年幼孩子體驗基本越野跑的好機會。從龜馬山活動區起點往上跑500公尺，到達檢查站後掉頭跑500公尺返回終點。參賽年齡限制為5至8歲，且所有該組別的孩子必須有家長陪伴進行。
報名費包含號碼布、頭巾、以及一些Venture Treks的小禮品、一罐免費汽水和食物。
該組別的冠軍將獲得來自The Shack Pizza的新台幣500元餐飲禮券，以及一些Venture Treks的小禮品。
該組別的報名費為每個孩子新台幣700元。
The Shack Pizza 1km Hill Dash
A great way to experience basic trail running for young kids. Sprint 500 meters uphill from the Guimashan event area, turn around at the halfway checkpoint, and then sprint 500 meters back to the finish line. Entry is allowed for kids between the ages of 5 to 8 years old. All kids in this category must be accompanied by a parent on the trail.
Entry includes a bib number, bandana scarf, Venture Treks goody, a free soda, and food.
The winner in this category will receive a NT500 meal voucher from The Shack Pizza, plus some Venture Treks goodies.
Entry into this category is NT700 per child.

這是一個針對年長孩子的越野跑體驗。從龜馬山活動區起點往上坡跑1公里，到達檢查站後掉頭奮力衝刺1公里到終點，參賽年齡限制為9至12歲，孩子們可以在路上自行奔跑，無需家長陪伴。

The Shack Pizza 2km Hill Dash
A kids friendly trail experience for older kids. Sprint 1km uphill from Guimashan event area, turn around at the halfway checkpoint, and then sprint 1km back to the finish line. Entry is allowed for kids between the ages of 9 to 12 years old. Kids may run this trail without parent supervision.
Entry includes a bib number, a bandana scarf, Venture Treks goody, a free soda, and food.
The winner in this category will receive a NT500 meal voucher from The Shack Pizza, plus some Venture Treks goodies.
Entry into this category is NT700 per child.

Our shortest trail race option is highly runnable, offering a delightful mix of elevation changes that add a touch of challenge at certain points. While it can be demanding, especially for those seeking a social trail running experience, it promises an enjoyable journey. Along the trail, you'll find a well-placed aid station stocked with refreshing cold drinks and snacks to keep you energized. The trail boasts a total elevation gain of slightly over 700 meters, making it a perfect choice for those who want to relish the trail running adventure while appreciating the scenic surroundings.

This is our tough trail created especially for experienced trail runners. This trail is part of the UTMB 20K Index events, and finishing it will contribute to your personal UTMB Index. It is also rated as an ITRA Level 1 trail and has a total climb of over 1500 meters. Along the trail, you'll find 3 spots with snacks and cold drinks to keep you fueled. While featuring many runnable sections, the trail also presents some challenging rope climb segments. The trail has a lot of uphill in a short space, making it a good challenge for most experienced trail runners. If you're a serious trail runner looking for an authentic challenge, this trail provides an excellent opportunity to push your limits!

Pre-entries close at 12:00 noon on Friday May 24, 2023 . If our race capacity allows it, we will be able to take late entry requests via email at info@venturetreks.asia. Please Note – Due to admin we do charge an additional NT400 onto late entry fees. No late entries are accepted on the event day.

- 住宿 Accommodation
- 交通 Transportation 我們將提供接駁車服務的選項，您可以在報名後，再決定需不需要購買 We are offering an event bus service. These bus tickets can be booked separately on the event registration page.
- 個人的醫藥服務 Personal medical and nutritional requirements
- 緊急情況提供基本醫療支助，但不包括直升機後送或任何住院運輸，這將由參加者自費。 Basic medical support is offered for emergencies but excludes helicopter evacuation, or any hospitalization transport, which will be for the participant’s cost.

活動保險和參與者個人保險 Event Insurance and Participant Personal Insurance
作為主辦方，我們已經為活動購買了公共責任保險，但此保險僅對因主辦方的行動或決策導致的事故或傷害引起的索賠提供有限保障。

We as organizers have taken out Public Liability Insurance for the Event that has limited cover for claims based on accidents or injury caused by the actions or decisions of the organizer.
We do recommend that you arrange your own personal accidental insurance or domestic travel insurance before participating in this event to cover any personal accidental expenses that may arise due to personal injuries during the event, including ambulance fees, medical expenses, or loss of income.
International participants should purchase travel insurance for this trail running event before arriving in Taiwan.
All participants are responsible to make sure they understand their insurance policies and the claims they are allowed to file for each type of personal incident or injury.
I agree that if I am injured or require medical assistance, the Event Organizer may, at my cost, arrange medical treatment and emergency evacuation as deemed necessary by the Event Organizer. Venture Treks does not have personal accident insurance for participants.
We recommend that you arrange your own personal accident insurance, ambulance cover and income protection insurance before participating in the Event to cover any unforeseen personal costs you may incur due to ambulance trips, medical expenses, or time off work due to injuries sustained whilst participating in the Event.
I agree that I am responsible for my own medical and ambulance insurance cover.
退款政策 Pre-Event Refund Policy

This is a Pre-Entry Event. Entries are limited, so we suggest you reserve your place today.
Pre-Entries close on Friday May 10, 2023 at 12:00 noon, or at the Race Organizer’s discretion, when capacity has been reached.
Full payment is required on entry. An entry is only confirmed on full payment of the entry fee.
Venture Treks has a cancellation policy pertaining to refunds. This is necessary because most of the expenses incurred in staging events are committed to in advance, and as such refunds are only possible well in advance. Refunds will be subject to a nominal administration and handling fee. Pre-event costs include supplies, race numbers, medals, medics, service providers, venue fees, staff and many other items that need to be in place for you to enjoy a safe and enjoyable event. Thank you!
60% of the entry fee paid will be refunded if an entry is canceled in writing on or before midnight on May 24th, 2024.
No refunds will be paid after May 24th, 2024.

賽事取消或延期政策 Race Cancellation or Postponement Policy
我們的目標始終是提供一個愉快與安全的比賽體驗。但是為了您的健康和安全，有時不尋常的情況(天氣和其他外力因素)可能讓我們被迫取消比賽。我們從來不想取消比賽，所以只有在安全風險很大的情況下才會取消。
因下列原因賽事主辦方保留取消、修改或取消越野賽的權利:
- 自然災害(或台灣中央氣象局發布的警告)。在這種情況下，不能更改賽道以繼續比賽，也不能推遲比賽日期。
- 由於發生地震、颶風/颱風、洪水、山體滑坡、事故、流行病，而無法確保跑步者的安全。賽事主辦方保留對賽事縮短或取消的最終決定權。
- 比賽是否取消的決定將在比賽前一天或比賽當天作出。這將通過官方比賽網站和官方社交媒體進行溝通。
在這種情況下，將不退還比賽報名費。每位參加者必須接受任何已繳付報名費的風險。收取的參賽費用將用於賽事的發展和相關前製作業，包括賽道準備、比賽用品、許可證和管理。我們將盡一切努力為所有參與者提供一個公平和安全的活動。我們做出的任何影響比賽日期或可能取消的決定都是經過仔細考慮的，並基於整個賽事的安全性、可持續性和可管理性。

Our goal is always to provide an enjoyable, safe race experience. However, sometimes unusual conditions (weather and other) may require that, for your health and safety, we cancel a race. We never want to cancel a race and will do so only if the safety risk is great.
The race organizer reserves the right to cancel, modify or call-off the trail race for the following reasons:
- Natural disasters (or declared warnings issued by the Taiwan Central Weather Bureau. In such a case, the race course cannot be changed to continue the race, nor will the race be postponed to a later date.
- The inability to ensure runners safety due to in the event of an earthquake, hurricane/typhoon, flood, landslides, incidents, accidents, epidemics and/or pandemics. The race organizer reserves the right to make judgments and decisions regarding the shortening/canceling of the race.
- The decision as to whether or not the race will be canceled will be made on the day before the race or on the day of the race. This will be communicated via the official race website and official social media.
In such cases there will be no refunds of race entry fees. Each participant must accept any such risk of their entry fee paid. There is no complimentary race entry to a future race. Entry fees collected are used to develop and produce the event, starting well in advance of the race date – including course preparation, race supplies, permits and administration. We will make every effort to produce a fair and safe event for all participants. Any decision we make that impacts the race date or potential cancellation is carefully considered and based on the overall event safety, sustainability and manageability.
In the event of the race being canceled due to circumstances beyond our control, we will attempt to reschedule to a later date in the same year and all entries will transfer to that rescheduled date. If this proves impossible the cancellation policy will apply.
ACCUPASS
Once successful payment is received on Accupass, a confirmation email is generated and emailed to the registered participant.
We use Accupass for registrations only, we don't require any participant to show us any paper tickets, e-tickets or QR tickets to gain access on the event day.
These functions are built-in automatically into the registration system, and isn't a requirement to attend our events.

Throughout the event, photos and video footage are taken and may be used on the VENTURE TREKS social media channels and website as a way of sharing the content, and or to promote the VENTURE TREKS business.

Referral Rewards
We have a referral program for those who want to help spread the word and get others to join our event.
How to Participate
When you register for the race, you will get a confirmation email with a referral code in it. Share this code with friends, family, followers, and anyone you feel may be interested in participating. Each time someone registers with that code, it will be tracked. Once a person registers for the event with your referral code, you will be eligible for a referral reward.
For every person that signs up and participates in our event, you will receive NT200 back. Keep referring friends and participate for free!
Referral rewards do not apply if referred participants cancel their entry.
Referral rewards are credited to participants, minus any banking fees, after the event.
Referral rewards are only applicable to the total value of your race entry.
Referral rewards only apply towards your race entry (they are not applicable to accommodation or transportation costs).

We have the following event bus options available to the Bali Trail. Single trip bus tickets can be bought on Accupass during your race registration or separately afterwards.
Event bus ticket sales are only open until May 17th or when they are sold out.
當天早上巴士會從南港展覽館經由中正紀念堂和台北車站前往龜馬山。單程車票價格因上車地點而異。
The bus will drive from Nangang Exhibition via CKS Memorial Hall and Taipei Main Station to Guimamshan on the morning of the race. Single trip ticket prices vary from pick-up location.

巴士票可以在Accupass的比賽註冊時購買，或在Accupass上單獨購買。這是單程票，只限前往比賽場地(售票只到6/2號或額滿為止，請盡早購票)，並不提供回程的服務。
Bus tickets can be bought during race registration on Accupass or separately on Accupass.
This is a one way ticket only to the race venue.
Reserve your seat soon, bus ticket sales close on June 2nd or when tickets are sold out.
The same service will however not be in place for any returns.

不過在比賽結束後的當天提供免費從龜馬山到蘆洲捷運站的巴士服務。所有希望使用免費巴士服務的參賽者，需在上車前出示他們的號碼布。本趟接駁車服務採先到先搭，沒有提前預訂的服務。由於事由真慶宮提供服務，大家可以以香油錢的方式來答謝(不限金額)。
We also have a FREE shuttle bus service from Guimashan to Luzhou MRT Station on the day after the event.
This FREE Shuttle bus service may be used by any participant on the day.
All participants wishing to make use of this FREE service need to present their race bib before boarding the shuttle bus. No reservations are needed for this shuttle service.
Donations to the temple are appreciated for making use of the shuttle service.
