▋ Pacific Rim--The Raising Producing Regions
Between 2019 to 2020, 49% of the world's coffee came from producing regions throughout Pacific Rim, signaling the area's increased significance. The distinct terrain and various micro-climate make the flavor in the cup booming with diversity and complexity.
▋ The First Ever Pacific Rim Coffee Summit with 8 World-renown Speakers
The 2022 Pacific Rim Coffee Summit aims to provide a platform for producers and industry experts to share their insight and experience in dealing with existing and upcoming challenges to coffee production, sustainability, and quality.
The 2-day event will feature lectures and Q&As by 8 world-renown speakers with English and Mandarin Chinese interpretations. The physical event will also be streamed online for international participants who cannot attend in person.
▋ Commemorative Coffee Collection-Taste The Diverse Flavor From The Pacific
Accompanying the lectures is the production of a commemorative coffee collection, which features 20 of the top coffees from around the Pacific. These coffees, from 13 different countries, has gone through the selection, and grading according to Coffee Quality Institute (CQI) protocols.
In this delicate collection, 20g roasted coffee of each selected coffee were packaged with nitrogen flush.
Producing country included in the collection: Taiwan, U.S.A., Guatemala, Honduras, Laos, Thailand, Myanmar, Vietnam, Mexico, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Peru, Columbia.
Hand-crafted commemorative collection will be given to participants of the summit in limited numbers. Don't hesitate to submit your registration.
