專場簡介
臺灣電影長片的故事題材與創作一直以來都受到國際上的關注，因臺灣提供創作者極高的創作自由，在題材不受限情況下逐漸出現各種多變的樣貌，近年來故事題材更常反映著當下社會狀態，這也顯現在今年長片提案專場的企劃案，除了有劇情片的故事主題和風格多樣性，也有紀錄片的真實與反思，劇情長片與紀錄長片呈現的面向截然不同，卻都各自擁有不同迷人的面貌，從企劃案開始為長片項目開展更多的可能性。
Taiwan’s feature films have long attracted global interest for their storylines, topics, and creativity because Taiwan has been able to give film producers incredible creative freedom. Diverse genres have emerged from the laissez-faire approach that Taiwan has adopted to feature films. In recent years, stories and topics featured in Taiwan’s films have, more often than not, depicted our country’s existing social landscape. This has seeped through to pitches selected for our "Project to Screen: Film" segment as well. The feature films in this segment include dramas of diverse themes and styles as well as documentaries that present the current social reality and the production team’s reflections. Though drama films and documentaries are widely different genres, both are equally charming. We hope to open up more possibilities for feature film projects in this pitching session.
