城市造辭典是一種用來發掘瞬息萬變的城市中隱性特質的方法。通過觀察、記錄、術語開發以及討論不同語言中語意的差異，集結出屬於台北專有的城市造辭典。過程中，我們將描繪出城市裡日常的景色，此造辭典將討論出一種共識，並成為一種交流的工具，使人們和”他們的城市”之間有一種靈活互動的可能性。此方法希望能促進橫向的、實驗性的和包容性的貢獻，來彙集這無止盡且不斷增長的台北城市造辭典。
Taipei Urban Glossary is a methodology to discover the unused potential of the city for self-expression, community-building and ever-changing situations. Through observations and documentations, term-making and defining in several languages, an urban site-specific glossary for Taipei will develop.
In the process, routines of viewing and existing in the city will be illustrated. The glossary will be creating a common understanding and tool of exchange about the possibilities of a flexible interaction between people and „their“ city.
The format welcomes and facilitates horizontal, experimental and inclusive contributions to the never-finished, always-growing Taipei Urban Glossary.
