[人才循環大聯盟 Women Expo(W-Expo)女性創新國際人才交流與展覽會]
活動目的:
瑞士洛桑管理學院(IMD)公布之2019 全球數位競爭力排行，台灣全球排名上升至第 13 名、位居亞太第 4，但吸引國際高科技人才表現有待提振及女性研究人員相關指標有待提升。
有鑑於此，為協助產業發展，彰顯國際台灣女力經濟的重要，促進人才循環交流與發展，本活動由AIT美國在台協會，集結包括國發會、經濟部工業局、中小企業處等相關單位，共同推動之人才循環大聯盟(TCA)執行，結合美國國務院首次在台推出之「新創歐普斯計畫(StartOpps)」、相關部會，辦理Women Expo女性創新交流與展覽會，邀請新南向國家ASEAN 10國共約20-30位新創生態系女力經濟、社會創新代表來台，與國內產業、新創/社創、創業家、非營利組織代表進行交流，共同推動女性賦權、提供資源、整合美國、台灣和東南亞的創新生態系，同時為各地的女性創業家賦予權能，與國際人才合作交流。

Talent Circulation Alliance Women’s Empowerment Expo
Taiwan is a global leader on women’s empowerment – in government, academia, industry, and civil society. The 1st Annual Talent Circulation Alliance Women’s Empowerment Expo, or W-Expo, will feature about 30-40 of Taiwan’s most active and energetic women’s empowerment associations, showcasing all of the different activities they are doing and inviting motivated individuals to join in their initiatives and become involved in the different associations. More than 20 women empowerment leaders from 10 ASEAN countries will also come to build bridges with Taiwan’s women leaders. The W-Expo will be open to the public. Come hear from and meet some of the most inspiring women in Taiwan, from the United States, and from around the region. The W-Expo is co-hosted by Legislator Karen Yu, the Industrial Development Bureau, Huashan1914.com, and the National Development Council. It will take place starting at 13:00 on November 21 and continue until 17:00 on November 22. It will take place at Huashan Creative Park, No. 1. Base road, section 1.
