Term Sheet Bootcamp is back for the fifth year running! This time we’re doing things a little different - during the pandemic we wish for everyone to stay safe and healthy, but where business and learning can continue, we want to keep it going. Thanks to the collective efforts of people and government in Taiwan, Covid-19 has largely been kept in check as of the time of writing (knock on wood!), and we will still be holding an in-person event. For our friends and partners overseas, we’re also bringing this Bootcamp ONLINE. That's right, for the first time ever, we will be running this event online simultaneously!
What will be in the Term Sheet Bootcamp? We will have core lectures on fundraising taught by real VCs, along with fireside chat sessions featuring VCs from across Asia and CVCs

WHO SHOULD JOIN
- If you’re a startup hoping to raise Seed, Pre-A, or Series A funding, this is for you!
- Enrollment will be capped at 20-30 teams, with each team allowed to send 2 participants (CEO is encouraged to attend).
- Teams that have already received a term sheet will be given priority.
- This bootcamp will be conducted primarily in English with select sessions in Chinese.

- TSS will review your team information & notify you of approval.
- Upon getting approval notification, return to Accupass to complete the payment process within 3 days
- You will receive a confirmation QR code after completing purchase of the ticket.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Please fill in the application form (1 application, 2 people max per team, 1 ticket per person) completely. Our staff will notify you via the Accupass ticketing system to confirm your application status.
- Selected applicants will have 3 days after getting approved to make payment via Accupass.
- Tickets are not transferable or exchangeable.
- Please fill in the first and last name in the application form to match with your full name on your ID card / passport which is required to be shown at registration.
