Mosa為台灣首屆新創年度會議，團隊由一群創業家、投資人、具豐富活動籌備經驗的志工所組成，我們的宗旨為凝聚社群的力量，發掘新一代青年領袖。首屆Mosa我們回歸到創業活動的主角—創業家，而非投資人，以社群的需求出發，由社群主導、為社群而辦，期望能讓創業家們，在一場活動當中，得到啟發、與最關鍵的人物串聯，將獲得的資訊、資源，應用於自身的創業當中。
我們的特色在於：
- 並非一次性的活動，而是一場長期的新創運動
- 由社群主導、為社群而辦
- 由年輕世代主導，團隊組成多元，藉以培養新興組織與青年領袖
- 國際性活動規格辦理，全程以英文進行，並邀請國際級創業家共襄盛舉

- 所有團隊成員皆為「志工」，會議帳目將於網路上完整公開
Mosa期待帶入國際創業家、投資人的第一手趨勢觀察，以及邀請創業家們提出對台灣創業環境的建議與展望，讓與會創業家們，掌握國際創業市場脈動、有機會與國際之明創業家、投資人和創業加速器串聯，並整合台灣新創能量，讓優秀的創業家、團隊，躍上世界的舞台！
The mission of Mosa is to foster an intimate global founders community in Taiwan. We run an event that is organized by the startup community, for the startup community. We sustain Taiwan’s startup movement by bringing together a community of entrepreneurs, designers, developers, growth hackers, business veterans, and investors who will meet, share, discuss, challenge, deliver premium content, and discover synergies.
Our community is one of the largest accomplished and aspiring entrepreneur networks; with fire in their bellies, they are influential, driven, determined, and creative. We’re expecting 1000+ participants and 60+ investors from 20+ countries this year.
Our organization is a non-profit and our accounting books will be made open online. Our team of volunteers consists of the most experienced entrepreneurs, investors, event organizers, and accelerator professionals. This is truly a movement across startup communities.
