在大量生產、大量消費的物質過剩年代，永續設計已成為近年來設計界關注的焦點，如何透過設計創造更友善的環境，是許多設計師努力的方向。金點設計獎為響應全球趨勢，將本次的論壇年度主題定為「設計 永續」，希望引起更多人對永續設計的關注與共鳴。今年金點設計論壇再度由知名主播夏嘉璐擔綱主持、台灣創意設計中心董事長張基義擔任引言人，四位講者演說結束後，主持人將和講者及與談人展開對談，期望激發更多深度的設計思考。演講內容精彩可期，喜歡設計、關心永續議題的朋友，歡迎踴躍報名。

Design and Sustainability

Since the beginning of the Industrial Revolution, design has quickly merged itself into the fabric of society. In an instant, the world began chasing the latest fashions and mass-produced products that brought convenience to the daily lives of millions. However, unprecedented environmental consequences were lurking behind the veil of “fast and convenient”.

Design could lead the latest trend, but still preserve the classics; design could be a fleeting beauty, but also deep and everlasting.

Design can improve lives without harming the environment, and sustainability begins from returning to our fundamental cycles.

講者介紹　Speakers

路易莎．博切多 - 世界設計組織（WDO）前任理事長 (義大利)

路易莎．博切多於今年10月甫卸下「世界設計組織」（WDO）理事長，建築師出身的她活躍於義大利和歐洲各國，從事都市更新、公共和私人住宅、傢俱、商店等設計，同時也擔任策展人。她經常受邀至世界各地參與學術會議及演說，並擔任知名獎項如德國紅點設計獎、德國iF設計獎、歐洲設計獎之評審。此次論壇講題為「設計，以人為本」，她將暢談如何透過設計營造更永續的美好未來。

Luisa Bocchietto - Former-President of the World Design Organization (Italy)

Architect and industrial design expert, Luisa Bocchietto was president of the World Design Organization from 2017 to 2019, and served on the Golden Pin Design Award 2019 Final Selection jury. Born in Italy and having graduated from the school of architecture at Politecnico in Milano, Bocchietto was also president of the Industrial Design Association in Italy from 2008 to 2014. Her talk, “Design for humanity” sows together thoughts on human centered design and sustainability.

SPREAD - 山田春奈、小林弘和 創辦人(日本)

日本知名設計創作組合SPREAD創辦人山田春奈、小林弘和，擁有景觀設計和平面設計背景，擅長將環境、時間、色彩、文字、記憶元素融入於設計中，曾為東京的國立新美術館（The National Art Center）開館10週年、「燕三条 工場的祭典」（Tsubame-Sanjo Factory Festival ）打造視覺設計。具代表性的創作「生命的色帶」（Life Stripe），透過色彩分布呈現不同人的生活樣貌，藉此承載記憶、傳遞希望。這次將以「思索過去，創造未來」為講題，分享如何運用創意理念，連結過去與未來，進一步探討未來發展的可能。

Haruna Yamada and Hirokazu Kobayashi - Artist and Designer at SPREAD (Japan)

Haruna Yamada and Hirokazu Kobayashi are artist and designer at multi award-winning design firm SPREAD, and served on the Golden Pin Design Award 2019 Final Selection jury. Both born in Tokyo and graduated from Nagaoka Institute of Design, this duo aptly combines specialisms in landscape design and graphic design. Their talk will introduce SPREAD's latest projects and design philosophy under the title, “Think the Past, Create the Future”.

林福發 - zlgdesign 執行總監 (馬來西亞)

馬來西亞知名設計師林福發，1992年與蘇珊柴德勒（Susanne ZEIDLER ）共同成立 zlgdesign 設計顧問公司，並擔任執行總監一職。畢業於英國知名的AA建築聯盟學院，之後旅居英國和法國，曾參與或主導多項知名設計案，包括倫敦斯坦斯特機場（London Stansted Airport）、吉隆坡亞洲廣播中心（Asia Broadcast Centr）以及新加坡國家圖書館（Singapore National Library）等。這次演講主題為「超越永續的建築實踐」，將闡述他對於永續建築的獨到見解。

Huat Lim - Managing Director of zlgdesign (Malaysia)

Managing director of zlgdesign in Malaysia, Huat Lim has worked with the likes of Zaha Hadid and Ron Herron, and previously spoke at the Golden Pin Design Award 2019 Salon in Kuala Lumpur. Having graduated from the prestigious AA School of Architecture in London, he co-founded zlgdesign with Susanne Zeidler in 1992, and went on to design several landmark projects including National Library Singapore. His talk is titled “Beyond Sustainability: Biophilia and Productive Architecture”.

季裕棠 - tonychi 創辦人(美國)

季裕棠是享譽國際的華人設計師，專長餐飲和酒店室內設計，現為 tonychi 創辦人。他曾為奧斯卡主廚渥夫甘帕克（Wolfgang Puck）以及米其林三星法國名廚艾倫．杜卡斯（Alain Ducasse）設計餐廳，作品涵蓋高級餐廳、五星級酒店，如倫敦瑰麗酒店（Rosewood London）、日內瓦洲際酒店（Intercontinental Geneva）、東京安仕達酒店（Andaz Tokyo）等，並於2009年入選美國室內設計界至高榮譽—室內設計名人堂（Interior Design Hall of Fame）。這次他特別抽身來台擔任論壇與談人，將與其他四位講者對話，激盪多樣的設計觀點。

Tony Chi - Founder of tonychi (USA)

Award-winning designer, Tony Chi is the illustrious Taiwanese-American founder of NYC interior design firm tonychi, who also served on the Golden Pin Design Award 2019 Final Selection jury. Chi’s  design harnesses the intangible allure of time and place, and his wide-ranging portfolio includes iconic names like the Rosewood London, Intercontinental Geneva, Andaz Tokyo, Park Hyatt Shanghai, Rosewood Hong Kong and New York's Carlyle Hotel. He will join the panel discussion after the 4 speakers.

張基義 - 台灣創意設計中心董事長

哈佛大學設計學院設計碩士、俄亥俄州立大學建築碩士。現任台灣創意設計中心董事長、交通大學建築研究所教授兼總務長、學學文化創意基金會副董事長，曾任台東縣副縣長兼文化處處長、交通大學建築研究所所長、A+@ Architecture Studio主持人，並於2017年擔任台北世大運品牌諮詢小組成員，推動世大運行銷宣傳策略的改造規劃。

Chi-Yi Chang - Chairman of Taiwan Design Center

Chi-Yi Chang holds postgraduate degrees in Design Studies from Harvard Graduate School of Design, and Architecture from Ohio State University. He currently serves as the chairperson of Taiwan Design Center, professor and vice president of general affairs at National Chiao Tung University’s Graduate Institute of Architecture, and vice chairperson of the Xue Xue Foundation. He previously served concurrently as Taitung County’s deputy magistrate and director of its Cultural Affairs Department, director of National Chiao Tung University’s Graduate Institute of Architecture, and director of A+@Architecture Studio. In 2017, Chang took part in the Taipei Summer Universiade’s Branding Advisory Committee, which was responsible for redesigning and planning the sporting event’s marketing and promotional strategies.
