Dear alumni and friends,
We are excited to invite you to join us on the Columbia Ninja Warrior Day on July 28, 2019. The objective of this event is to build a collaborative culture and strengthen the commanderie among us. The game includes obstacles that challenge your balance, upper-body strength, core strength, and grip strength. You will learn how to do workouts such as Box Hops, Balance Walk, Ring Hang, Jump Swing, and Warped Wall as teams. No experience in Ninja games is needed. We will customize the game according to each attendee’s individual strength and sport-related physical fitness.
