We are promoting equal access for women in jobs and education, support equal pay, gender equality and support and encourage educational programs that provide Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) learning opportunities for girls from a young age and for women of all ages.
As you know, women within the high-tech industry are continuing to make a significant, positive impact on societies around the globe. Together, we can encourage women working in the ICT industry to be more confident and to inspire them by serving as ambassadors for successful women leaders, everywhere.
Women in Tech is a trend and becoming the important driving force to the industry transformation and upgradation. In this online conference, we are inviting industry professionals to share with us how they have contributed to the industries and the foreseen vision.

我們致力於提升不同年齡層的女性在科學、科技、工程以及數學工作領域擁有平等的工作、教育與受薪機會。近年，在高科技產業的女性已對社會與全球作出正向的影響。我們鼓勵在資通訊產業的女性更有自信，提供自己的知識、見解與技能並充分展現女性特質，為產業努力與發聲。

科技女力已蔚為主流，女力已成為促進產業轉型一個重要推手。此線上論壇將邀請產業女性領袖與我們分享她們如何在各領域為產業努力以及她們預見的視野。

本線上論壇將使用ZOOM軟體，報名成功主辦方將會寄出E-mail通知，並隨信附上ZOOM連結，請於8/22活動開始前以「報名的名字」加入會議。
