沉浸式展演已於各領域創作迅速發展，尤其在新影音形式內容創作中，需要突破既有框架，讓創作者在科技與藝術的交融上探索新美學，而當代聲響創作者面臨科技日新月異發展，如何在文化藝術思維的基石上透過新工具拓延想像、創造新感知並審問辯證？是當下創作的重要課題之一。
C-LAB臺灣聲響實驗室與法國「聲響與音樂研究統合中心」（Institute for Research and Coordination in Acoustics/Music, IRCAM）自 2020年起聯合舉辦「IRCAM工作坊」學習計畫，透過理論學習、實際操作和創作展演，孕育臺灣聲音創作和聲音工程人才。本工作坊除聚焦於當代電腦音樂聲響藝術，並因應技術演變不斷更新教學課程內容。在本屆聲響藝術節中，將從兩屆工作坊作品中精選五件作品，並由法國導師Johannes Regnier親臨指導調整細修再現，期為聽眾呈現這精選後的新創音樂聲響展演成果。
Immersive performances have rapidly evolved across creative disciplines, where breakthroughs beyond established frameworks have enabled the creation of new audiovisual forms. These developments allow artists to explore fresh aesthetics at the intersection of technology and art. A key question in contemporary creation is how sound artists, faced with the accelerating advancement of technology, expand imagination, foster new perception, and engage in critical dialogue through new tools grounded in cultural and artistic thought.
Since 2020, C-LAB Taiwan Sound Lab and the Institute for Research and Coordination in Acoustics/Music (IRCAM) in France have jointly organized the IRCAM Workshop, a learning program designed to cultivate Taiwanese talent in sound creation and engineering through both theoretical study and hands-on experience in composition and performance. Centered on contemporary computer music and sound art, the curriculum evolves continually to reflect technological innovation.
This year’s C-LAB Sound Festival presents five works selected from workshops held over the past two years. These pieces, carefully refined and reproduced under the personal guidance of French instructor Johannes Regnier, offer audiences a glimpse into the rich creative achievements emerging from this cross-cultural collaboration in new music and sound art.
