Trompe-l’œil — Labyrinthe Sonore - Trio 20° dans le noir
法國當代三重奏 20° dans le noir 特別為聲響藝術節精選七首作品，巧妙遊走於聽覺與現實之間的模糊地帶。在美術領域中，「Trompe l’œil（欺騙眼睛）」是一種視覺錯覺技巧，透過寫實的描繪讓觀者誤以為平面畫作是立體實體。20° dans le noir 據此延伸出「欺騙耳朵」的概念，藉由擴延演奏技法與電子聲響的融合，營造真假難辨的聲音幻象。長笛、大提琴與手風琴的三重奏編制不斷變形，時而如虛幻的電子聲響，時而又像實體共鳴的存在。
作曲家林煒傑、馬洛森納（Julien Malaussena）與馬替（Sylvain Marty）三首純器樂作品，模仿並吸納電子音樂的語彙，透過延伸演奏技巧，展現 20° dans le noir 極為重視的當代器樂炫技與聲響創意。而阿爾西納·塔雷斯（Ariadna Alsina Tarrés）則探索器樂與電子聲之間脆弱而有機的交織，將聲音視作一種存在狀態，在幻象與真實之間閃爍流動。
三首新作更延續這些幻象遊戲：希恩（Kelley Sheehan）與吉拉爾-夏雷（Émilie Girard-Charest）加入物件與肢體語彙，展開一場如遊戲般的聲響探索；而陳家輝則進一步引入場域特性與聲音的空間移動，讓聽覺經驗化為一座多維度的聲響迷宮。
The French contemporary trio 20° dans le noir presents a selection of seven works at the C-LAB Sound Festival, subtly navigating the gray zones between perception and reality. Inspired by the visual art technique trompe l’œil (“deception of the eye”), the trio extends the concept into sound, conceiving trompe l’oreille (“deception of the ear”). Through the interplay of extended instrumental techniques and electronic sounds, they create auditory illusions that blur the boundary between the real and the imagined.
Comprising flute, cello, and accordion, the trio’s sonic identity is constantly reshaped—at times dissolving into elusive electronic textures, and at others resonating with striking physical presence. The program features compositions by LIN Wei-Chieh, Julien Malaussena, and Sylvain Marty, showcasing the ensemble’s dedication to virtuosity and sonic innovation through the imitation and absorption of electronic vocabularies, combined with extended instrumental performance.
Additionally, Ariadna Alsina Tarrés explores the fragile yet organic intersections between instrumental and electronic sounds, treating sound as a living state that flickers and flows between illusion and reality. Games of perception continue in new works by Kelley Sheehan and Émilie Girard-Charest, which incorporate objects and bodily gestures in playful explorations of sound, while a new composition by CHEN Chia-Hui introduces site-specific elements and movement to expand the trio’s sonic and spatial experience.
