健康臺灣、韌性醫療新未來，5G遠距診療與智慧醫院論壇
以「健康臺灣政策願景」為核心，從政策、科技、醫院應用與韌性醫療四大面向建構議題架構。首先聚焦健康臺灣與遠距醫療政策方向，再延伸至5G、Cloud HIS及FHIR等科技基礎，並透過智慧醫院與區域醫療聯防案例呈現實際應用，同時納入急重症救難及災時醫療服務不中斷等韌性情境，期望凝聚跨域共識，建立可擴充、可持續並能支援災害應變的遠距醫療合作模式。
This section presents the “Healthy Taiwan” vision through four dimensions: policy, technology, hospital applications, and healthcare resilience. It covers telemedicine policy, 5G, Cloud HIS, and FHIR infrastructure, supported by smart hospital and regional healthcare cases. It also addresses emergency response, critical care, and service continuity during disasters, aiming to build cross-sector consensus and establish a scalable, sustainable telemedicine collaboration model that supports both routine care and disaster response.
