About The Coffee Morning
The Center’s monthly Coffee Mornings bring together community experience and professional insight to explore the emotional and everyday realities of living abroad.
This session focuses on parenting, cultural adjustment and emotional self-care. Join Henry Wright, an independent cross-cultural coach and facilitator, and Changling Tu, a counsellor from The Center, for an interactive conversation exploring:
- Expectations versus the reality of living abroad
- Changing family roles and relationships
- Isolation, emotional wellbeing and building support
- Simple self-care practices for everyday life
The session will include lived experience, professional insight, audience reflection and a practical activity.
Whether you are newly arrived or have lived in Taiwan for years, come for coffee, conversation and connection.
