面對極端天氣頻發、海平面上升、生態環境惡化、發展中國家應對能力不足；應對氣候變化、推動能源轉型發展，關乎人類賴以生存的地球家園；因應國際社會及全球企業積極應對聯合國永續發展目標及巴黎協定，推動致力責任投資與永續發展領域。自2018年起每年由永續發展目標聯盟(Alliance for Sustainable Development Goals, A·SDGs)總策劃、台灣永續能源研究基金會(TAISE)執行特邀集國內產官學研機構共同辦理「全球企業永續論壇」(Global Corporate Sustainability Forum, GCSF)，旨在連結台灣各界學術研究脈絡、最新趨勢，並與國際社會交流，落實永續教育並掌握企業商機。
活動類型與內容豐富，包括「全球企業永續獎」(Global Corporate Sustainability Awards, GCSA)暨「台灣企業永續獎」(Taiwan Corporate Sustainability Awards, TCSA)頒獎典禮、特邀嘉賓永續高峰會，以及合辦單位共同舉辦超過20餘場工作坊、年會、學術論文分享、成果發表、決賽評選及專題分享。
本年度 GCSF 全球企業永續論壇資訊：

1. 手機 App 操作方式 (Mobile App)
- 點選【票券】/ Tap [Tickets].
- 點選相應活動的票券進入 / Select the ticket for the corresponding event.
- 點選票券下方的【退票】，取消票券 / Tap [Request a Refund] at the bottom of the ticket.
- 進入退票頁面，請詳讀注意事項，並且根據頁面指示完成退票 / Read notes carefully and follow the instructions.
2. 網頁版操作方式 (Web Version)
- 於畫面右上方點按您的帳號名稱，開啟下拉式選單並點選【我的票券】。找到對應活動的【票券資訊】後，展開並點選最右側操作選項的【X】取消票券，依頁面指示完成退票。
- Go to "My Tickets", click "Order Details" next to the event, choose tickets in need of refund, click "Cancel the tickets", and click "Sent".
