動畫為什麼會讓人屏息、發笑，或在一個停頓裡感到不安？聲音會改變角色動作的重量、剪輯的速度，也引導觀眾進入作品的情緒。本場論壇將從停格動畫、紙偶創作與影展策劃的實際經驗出發，討論聲音如何參與動畫的形成；當作品離開工作室、進入影展與不同放映空間後，它的節奏與觀看感受又會如何改變。從創作現場到影展銀幕，三位與談人將共同談論聲音與影像如何交會，產生屬於動畫的「VIBE，脈動」 。
Why does animation make us hold our breath, laugh out loud, or feel uneasy during a single pause? Sound can change the weight of a character’s movement, shape the pace of editing, and guide audiences into the emotional world of a film. Drawing on practical experience in stop-motion animation, paper-puppet filmmaking, and festival programming, this forum explores how sound participates in the making of animation. It also considers how a work’s rhythm and the audience’s experience may shift once it leaves the studio and enters a festival or a new screening environment. From the creative process to the cinema screen, the three speakers will discuss how sound and image come together to generate animation’s distinctive VIBE.
2026 TIAF台中國際動畫影展將於10月3日至10月10日在台中iFG遠雄廣場威秀影城盛大舉行！今年邁入第12屆，以「VIBE．脈動」為主題，首度邀請法國安錫國際動畫影展，以及加拿大渥太華國際動畫影展來台交流，透過國際策展、作品放映與講座對話，深化台灣與世界動畫產業的連結，打造兼具國際視野與城市特色的動畫盛會。
