Global Youth Crush—

Global Youth Crush — Coexisting with the Mess: French Art of Living × Mindful Washi Tape Workshop
When school, work, and social life are all on fast-forward, it’s easy for your emotions to get completely overwhelmed, leaving you unsure where to even start sorting things out.
When things get chaotic, the French always say: "C’est la vie!" (That's life!).
In the French Art of Living, there are no right or wrong answers to feelings. Sometimes, just giving your life some breathing room and hitting pause with colors and crafts is the most romantic way to practice self-care.
In this workshop, we’ve invited French suicide prevention advocate Pierre Cerchiaro and counseling psychologist Chi Wang. They’ll guide you through tuning into your daily feelings and creating little life rituals. By playing with washi tape, you’ll explore emotional awareness through colors and find your own elegant way to decompress.
