"城市圖書館向未來提案 City Libraries: A pitch to the future"
「2026臺中市立圖書館國際論壇」以 「城市圖書館向未來提案 」 為主軸，匯聚臺灣及國際圖書館專業領袖、館長與學者，透過專題演講、實務論壇與交流對談，分享各國公共圖書館創新實務與發展經驗。論壇從城市、閱讀、空間到共融出發，探討圖書館如何回應科技、社會與城市生活的快速變化，並成為連結人群、知識、文化與世界的重要橋樑。
Under the theme“City Libraries: A pitch to the future,” the Taichung Public Library International Library Forum 2026 brings together library leaders, directors, and scholars from Taiwan and around the world to exchange innovative practices and international perspectives through keynote speeches, practical forums, and professional dialogue. From cities and reading to spaces and inclusion, the forum explores how public libraries can respond to rapid technological and social change while serving as vital bridges connecting people, knowledge, cultures, and the wider world.

▌報名須知與入場說明
- 論壇名額：限額250人，歡迎關心公共圖書館發展、閱讀推廣、數位趨勢、空間設計與社會共融的各界夥伴共襄盛舉。
- 審核機制：送出報名後將進行資格審核，完成報名不代表已取得入場資格。審核通過者將會收到「電子票券QR Code」，活動當日請憑票辦理報到入場。
- 分票說明：電子票券QR Code將統一寄送至訂購人信箱。若您幫多人報名或非本人出席，請訂購人於收到票券後自行完成分票，並將票券轉發予實際參與者，以利當日順暢報到。
▌Registration Guidelines & Admission Information
- Forum Capacity: Attendance is limited to 250 participants. We welcome professionals and members of the public interested in the development of public libraries, reading promotion, digital trends, spatial design, and social inclusion to join us.
- Application Review: All registrations are subject to eligibility review after submission. Completing the registration form does not guarantee admission. Approved participants will receive an electronic ticket with a QR Code. Please present the ticket for check-in and admission on the day of the event.
- Ticket Distribution: Electronic tickets with QR Codes will be sent to the email address of the person who made the registration. If you are registering on behalf of multiple participants or will not be attending in person, please distribute the tickets after receiving them and forward each ticket to the actual attendee to ensure a smooth check-in process on the event day.
▌參加證明與時數核發說明
全程參與論壇並完成當日簽到與簽退者，可依需求申請以下證明：
- 電子參加證明：須完整全程參與兩日論壇，始符合核發資格。
- 公務人員時數：依實際參與場次時數，於活動後統一採認登錄。
- 請務必於論壇當日透過指定Google表單完成簽退（連結將於現場提供），作為後續審核依據。
▌Certificate of Participation & Attendance Hours
Participants who attend the entire forum and complete both check-in and check-out on the event days may apply for the following certificates or attendance records as needed:
- Electronic Certificate of Participation: Participants must attend the full two-day forum to be eligible for issuance.
- Civil Servant Training Hours: Training hours will be recorded after the event based on the actual sessions and hours attended.
- Please make sure to complete the designated Google Form for check-out on the day of the forum (the link will be provided on-site), as this will serve as the basis for subsequent verification and approval.
▌影像拍攝及肖像使用說明
本次論壇將進行現場攝影、錄影及線上直播，過程中可能拍攝或錄製到與會者之影像、聲音及肖像，相關素材可能使用於直播、成果紀錄、新聞發布、官方網站、社群媒體及後續推廣宣傳等用途。
完成報名並入場參與者，即視為已充分知悉並同意主辦單位及其授權單位，於相關範圍內拍攝、錄製、剪輯、公開播送及使用其影像、聲音與肖像，主辦單位無須另行通知或支付任何報酬，敬請理解。
▌Photography, Videography, and Portrait Use Notice
Photography, video recording, and live streaming will take place during this forum. Attendees’ images, voices, and likenesses may be captured or recorded during the event. Such materials may be used for live broadcasts, event documentation, press releases, official websites, social media, and future promotional purposes.
By completing registration and entering the venue, participants are deemed to have been fully informed of and to have consented to the organizer and its authorized parties photographing, recording, editing, publicly broadcasting, and using their images, voices, and likenesses within the scope of the purposes stated above. The organizer is not required to provide additional notice or compensation. Thank you for your understanding.
▌注意事項
- 同步口譯服務：論壇提供中英同步口譯設備，如需租借，請攜帶有效證件（身分證、健保卡、駕照或護照）至報到處辦理換證租用。
- 響應環保行動：為落實永續綠色生活，減少一次性消耗品，鼓勵與會者攜帶環保餐具及水壺。
- 主辦單位保留修改、變更、解釋及取消本活動之最終權利，並得視實際情況調整內容。如有任何變更，將以電子郵件通知或現場公告為準。
▌Important Notes
- Simultaneous Interpretation Service: Chinese–English simultaneous interpretation equipment will be available during the forum. If you wish to borrow a device, please bring a valid form of identification (National ID Card, National Health Insurance Card, driver’s license, or passport) to the registration desk for temporary ID exchange and equipment rental.
- Go Green: To support sustainable and environmentally friendly practices and reduce the use of disposable items, participants are encouraged to bring their own reusable utensils and water bottles.
- The organizer reserves the final right to modify, change, interpret, or cancel the event and may adjust the program as necessary based on actual circumstances. In the event of any changes, notifications will be made via email or on-site announcements.
