這個午後，邀請你暫時放下生活中的忙碌，
This afternoon, we invite you to step away from the busyness of everyday life
透過音樂、歌唱、舞動與內在覺察，重新連結自己、他人與世界。
reconnect with yourself, with others, and with the world through music, singing, movement, and inner awareness.
這不是一堂需要「會跳舞」的課，
This is not a class where you need to “know how to dance,”
也不需要任何歌唱或舞蹈基礎。
nor do you need any singing or dancing experience.
我們會圍成一個圓，從簡單的旋律與肢體律動開始，在不同文化的音樂與智慧中，
We will gather in a circle and begin with simple melodies and movements. Through music and wisdom from diverse cultures,
感受彼此的連結，也讓身體慢慢放鬆、讓心重新安定下來。
we will experience our connection with one another, allowing the body to gradually relax and the heart to settle into stillness.
🌏 DUP｜Dances of Universal Peace 世界和平舞蹈
DUP 起源於 1968 年，融合音樂、歌唱、肢體律動與世界多元文化的古老智慧，目前已遍及全球 50 多國。
Originating in 1968, the Dances of Universal Peace (DUP) weave together music, singing, movement, and ancient wisdom from diverse cultures around the world. Today, DUP is practiced in more than 50 countries.
在一圈又一圈的舞動中，我們練習的不只是動作，而是感受：
As we move together, circle after circle, we are practicing more than just steps. We are invited to experience a deeper truth:
「我與自己、他人，以及這個世界，其實從來不是分開的。」
“I am not separate from myself, from others, or from the world.”
🌱 IDG｜Inner Development Goals 內在發展目標
當世界面對氣候變遷、社會衝突與各種永續挑戰，我們也開始發現：
As our world faces climate change, social conflict, and growing sustainability challenges, we are beginning to recognize something important:
改變世界，需要的不只是更多知識與方法，也需要人的內在改變。
Changing the world requires more than knowledge and solutions—it also requires inner transformation.
IDG 關注我們如何培養覺察、同理、連結、合作與行動等內在能力。
The Inner Development Goals (IDGs) focus on cultivating the inner capacities we need to create meaningful change, including awareness, empathy, connection, collaboration, and the ability to act.
這一次，我們將把 IDG 從「理解」帶進「體驗」，透過覺察與反思，重新回到自己的內在，看看：
In this gathering, we will move beyond simply “understanding” the IDGs and begin to experience them.Through awareness and reflection, we will turn inward and explore:
✨ 此刻的我，正在經歷什麼？
What am I experiencing in this moment?
✨ 我如何與自己、他人及世界連結？
How am I connected with myself, with others, and with the world?
✨ 當內在更加安定，我想為這個世界帶來什麼？
When I find greater peace within, what do I want to bring into the world?
💫 這三個小時，我們不急著成為更好的人。
For these three hours, we are not in a hurry to become better versions of ourselves.
而是透過音樂、舞動與覺察，回到自己，也重新記得我們與彼此、與世界之間的連結。
Instead, through music, movement, and awareness, we return to ourselves and remember our connection with one another and with the world.
當內在多一點和平，世界也就多了一點和平。
When there is a little more peace within us, there is a little more peace in the world.
