1. 報到＆認識彼此
簡單自我介紹，認識今天一起交流的夥伴。 可以分享自己的自釀經驗、最喜歡的啤酒風格，或今天帶來的作品。
2. 自釀分享時間
每位參與者可自由分享自己帶來的啤酒（若有），介紹釀造理念、配方特色、使用的原料或釀造過程。現場也歡迎提出各種問題大家討論，例如：
- 自釀新手協助
- 配方設計
- 酵母選擇
- 酒花搭配
- 發酵控制
- 設備與器材
- 常見釀造問題
- 下次想嘗試的新點子（下季交流主題）
大家一起交流討論，互相提供建議與經驗。

1. Check-in & Introductions
Let's get to know each other! Feel free to briefly introduce yourself, share your homebrewing experience, your favorite beer styles, or the beer you've brought to today's gathering.
2. Homebrew Sharing Session
Participants are welcome to share the beers they've brought (if any) and talk about the inspiration behind them, recipe design, ingredients, or brewing process.
Everyone is encouraged to ask questions and join the discussion. Topics may include:
- Newcomers FAQ
- Recipe design
- Yeast selection
- Hop combinations
- Fermentation control
- Brewing equipment & tools
- Common brewing challenges
- New ideas to try next time (future meetup topics)
Let's exchange ideas, share experiences, and learn from one another!
