這是一個為連結、創造、療癒、玩樂與回到當下而打造的週末。來自台灣各地的身心療癒工作者、藝術家、音樂人、帶領者與參與者，將在這裡相聚，共同創造一段真實而有溫度的旅程。

我們也透過身體、情緒、動作、音樂、創作與當下的臨在與世界交流。
這個週末，我們將一起探索如何更深地聆聽、更真實地表達，並與自己及他人建立更深的連結。

週末活動
星期五傍晚 — 下午 5:30 起入場，安頓露營、享用 BBQ，認識夥伴，在音樂與舞蹈中開啟 Soul Quest。
星期六 — 全天工作坊、創意活動、美食、鼓圈、營火、現場音樂、DJ、Kirtan 與夜間音療。
星期日 — 團體活動、Ecstatic Dance、分享與閉幕圓圈，為旅程畫下句點。

Welcome to Soul Quest 8.0—a three-day wellness and conscious-community gathering surrounded by the mountains and tea fields of Wen Sun Farm.
Created for connection, creativity, healing, play, and presence, Soul Quest brings together wellness practitioners, artists, musicians, facilitators, and open-hearted people from across Taiwan for a weekend of meaningful experiences.
This Year’s Theme: The Art of Communication
Communication is more than words.
We connect through our bodies, emotions, movement, music, creativity, and presence. Together, we’ll explore how to listen more deeply, express ourselves more authentically, and create more meaningful connections with ourselves and one another.

The Weekend
Friday evening — Arrive from 5:30 PM, settle in, enjoy BBQ, meet fellow Soul Questers, and ease into the weekend with music and dancing.
Saturday — A full day of workshops, food, creative experiences, drum circle, bonfire, live music, DJs, Kirtan, and evening sound healing.
Sunday — Group experiences, Ecstatic Dance, reflection, and a closing circle.
