2025林茲電子藝術節「異響共聲」展演計畫中由C-LAB臺灣聲響實驗室自製，融合音樂、聲音裝置、影像、燈光與互動設計的當代科技音樂會「流變儀」，廣受各界好評。本次因應C-LAB穹頂場域精選其中三件作品鄭乃銓《灰闇前的永恆序曲》、陳家輝《複製體 IV》、徐笠馨《意志的姿態》，並加上曾毓忠獲得捷克布拉格2025國際電子音樂大賽中「器樂與電子媒介」項目首獎作品《時間幻想旅程》，重新於設有25.4聲道穹頂劇場進行全新演繹，宇宙如一座穹蒼測量儀，觀眾作為同時為被測量的對象也是測量體，反映當代現實中虛擬與現實的模糊邊界。人類的感知流幻、情緒波動、體感變化、空間感知等個/集體、客/主觀的數據串流於演出過程中。
Rheometer, a contemporary technology-driven concert produced by C-LAB Taiwan Sound Lab for Polyphony at the 2025 Ars Electronica Festival in Linz, brought together music, sound installation, moving image, lighting and interactive design to wide acclaim. For this presentation in the C-LAB dome, three works from Rheometer have been selected — CHENG Nai-Chuan’s Eternal Overture before the Darkness, CHEN Chia-Hui’s Réplisome IV and SHYU Li-Hsin’s Gestures of Will — alongside TSENG Yu-Chung’s Fantasy Journey of Time, winner of First Prize in the Instruments and Electroacoustic Media category at the Musica Nova 2025 International Electroacoustic Music Competition in Prague.
Reimagined for the dome theater and its 25.4-channel sound system, Celestial Rheometer envisions the universe as a vast instrument of measurement, with the audience at once the object being measured and the measuring body itself, reflecting the blurred boundaries between the virtual and the real in contemporary life. Throughout the performance, shifts in human perception, emotional fluctuations, changes in bodily sensation and spatial perception flow as streams of data, moving between the individual and the collective, the objective and the subjective.
曾毓忠《時間幻想旅程》
TSENG Yu-Chung: Fantasy Journey of Time
一首為長笛獨奏與四聲道電子音樂所創作，此樂曲榮獲捷克布拉格2025國際電子音樂大賽中「器樂與電子媒介」項目首獎。原始長笛聲與經過處理或 AI 生成的長笛聲響、長笛家現場演奏與虛擬電腦播放演奏，以及真實的演出空間與虛擬四聲道空間等元素，不斷地進行真實與抽象的對話，為觀眾帶來一趟穿梭於現實與虛擬之間、充滿想像之美的旅程。
Composed for solo flute and four-channel electronics, Fantasy Journey of Time was awarded First Prize in the Instruments and Electroacoustic Media category at the Musica Nova 2025 International Electroacoustic Music Competition in Prague. The work sets the original sound of the flute against processed and AI-generated flute sounds, the flutist’s live performance against virtual computer playback, and the physical performance space against a virtual four-channel environment. Through these shifting encounters, the real and the abstract enter into an ongoing dialogue, taking audiences on an imaginative journey between the real and the virtual.

陳家輝《複製體 IV》
CHEN Chia-Hui: Réplisome IV
靈感取自單一細胞的分化歷程，最終孕育出多條各異其趣的進化支線。此曲既向深厚的傳統致敬，也大膽探索當代聲響的疆界：以笙與交響樂團為主體，融入即時電子音響與人工智慧層次，織就多維度的聽覺景觀。
Réplisome IV is inspired by the differentiation of a single cell, a process that ultimately gives rise to multiple distinct evolutionary branches. Paying homage to musical tradition while boldly exploring the boundaries of contemporary sound, the work centers on the sheng and symphony orchestra, layered with live electronics and artificial intelligence to create a multidimensional sonic landscape.

鄭乃銓《灰闇前的永恆序曲》
CHENG Nai-Chuan: Eternal overture before the darkness
每個人生命中一定會遇到死亡，
如果把死亡看成另一個開始，
那當下的我們就是在為這件大事演奏一段序曲，
是絢爛斑斕的火花？
是永恆持久的璀璨？
是華麗無比的閃亮？
是灰暗陰沈的寂靜？
是無色無味的寂寞？
在這個灰暗世界（死亡）開始前，我們留下了什麼？
怎樣的精神能夠足以讓人細細思考留下永恆，
但或許，我們都只是，一個宇宙大迴圈中的小小一個角吧！
Everyone in life will inevitably encounter death. If we view death as another beginning, then our current existence is like playing an overture for this great event.
Is it a brilliant, vibrant spark?
A lasting, eternal radiance?
An extravagantly dazzling shine?
A somber, shadowed silence?
Or a colorless, tasteless solitude?
Before this dim world (death) begins, what have we left behind?
What kind of spirit is profound enough to invite deep reflection, to leave something eternal?
But perhaps, we are all merely small fragments in the grand cycle of the universe.

徐笠馨《意志的姿態》
SHYU Li-Hsin: Gestures of Will
作曲家嘗試將各種薩克斯風音色與技法與不同型態的意志聯想，進而將這些意志轉化為聲音姿態。描繪薩克斯風與預錄聲響多層次的堆疊與變化，從內心撕扯、生機蓬勃的生命意志，到意志達到真正的自由，最終發展為層層遞進且永恆綻放的生命姿態。
The composer associates the saxophone’s varied timbres and techniques with different forms of will, transforming them into sonic gestures. Through shifting layers of saxophone and prerecorded sound, the work traces a progression from inner struggle and a vibrant will to live, toward the attainment of true freedom, ultimately unfolding into an ever-expanding gesture of life that blossoms without end.
