關於 DUP 世界和平舞蹈
Dances Of Universal Peace (簡稱 DUP)，是一種結合音樂、歌謠與身體律動的動態冥想練習。它融合全球古老文化的智慧，引導我們回歸內在和諧與萬物合一 (TOWARD THE ONE)。無需任何舞蹈基礎，這是一個開放、包容的圓圈，歡迎所有人隨時加入。
DUP is a moving meditation connecting music, song, and movement. Rooted in ancient global wisdom, guiding us back to inner harmony and oneness (TOWARD THE ONE). No experience required—everyone is welcome.

特色儀式：中央奉獻圈 (Offering Circle)
舞圈中央將設有一個「奉獻圈」，邀請你攜帶一件對自己有特殊意義的小物（如：水晶礦石、飾品、植物或牌卡），在入場時將它擺放入圓圈中央。在這場舞動與歌唱的場域中，讓這個物件浸潤和諧的頻率。當活動結束帶回生活，作為這趟旅程的實體錨定與祝福。
In the center of the circle, we will create an "Offering Circle." You are invited to bring a meaningful object (such as a crystal, jewelry, or oracle card) to place in the center during our dance and song. You will take it back home after the event as a physical anchor and blessing for your journey.
