Dulan Cape Fest…XL is a one-day independent music festival inspired by human connection and creativity taking place against the stunning backdrop of Cape Café in Dulan, Taitung.
In this world of AI slop, increasing screentime, social isolation, doomscrolling and conversational bots; Cape Fest strives to help people to reconnect to the real world and to each other.

November in Taitung. The sea wind arrives first.
We begin with breath. We end with stars.
This year, Airplane Mode TW lands at Cape Fest XL with a day-long listening ritual — an invitation to wake up with the body and dive deep into sound.
🧘♀️ Rise & Breathe: Silent Disco Yoga with Mimi & Angela BU
Guided by Mimi Lin, founder of Taitung's Mi Yoga, who has spent over a decade holding space for bodies to return to themselves.
We practice on MATA cork mats — soft, earthy, and grounding.
The scent of cork rises as you move.
We listen through Soundhush wireless headsets.
No outside noise. Just Mimi's voice, close to your ear, and live organic house live music from DJ Angela BU.
A silent disco for the soul. A slow awakening.
🥣 Sound Bath under the Stars with Vita
As the sun sinks, Vita arrives from Taipei — sound healer, keeper of gongs, singing bowls, and a beautiful voice.
Lie down. One hour. Let her voice carry you.
Through Soundhush headphone, the ocean disappears and returns.
The stars over Taitung flicker, near and far.
This is deep rest. This is for you.
You will rise reborn — ready for the last two hours of the festival with a lighter body.

🌊 Cape Fest XL is independent and community-focused event
Cape Fest XL is an independent, community focused event, arranged and supported by local people in Dulan, with entertainment from local bands and artists from within the local communities, as well as special guests from around Taiwan. The event is only possible through the work of local volunteers who will help to run the event.
The focus of the event is on community, creativity and human connection. No government official talking endlessly into a microphone about things nobody came to hear about, just music, art, expression and fun.

ℹ️ Important Notes:
- For Yoga: Please check in at 10:30 in front of the stage and pick your yoga mat.
- For Sound Bath: Please meet in front of the two-story building at 18:45.
- All participants must present your ACCUPASS QR CODE for entry.
- No outside food & drinks allowed. Any items found will be confiscated without return.
- Please bring a valid ID for verification.
- Pet & family friendly.
- Drinks inside the festival are purchased with tokens. Please bring enough cash to exchange on-site.

透過現場音樂與 DJ、各種有趣的活動、美味的食物與飲品，以及人類的創意與藝術才華，重新找回彼此之間的連結；同時呼吸清新的海風，感受來自太平洋的沁涼海風。

11月份的台東海風 用瑜珈展開新的一天。用音療迎接夜晚的星空。

Cape Fest XL 是一場獨立且以社群為核心的活動，由都蘭在地居民共同策劃與支持。演出陣容包括來自在地社群的樂團與藝術家，以及來自台灣各地的特別嘉賓。
這場活動能夠實現，全靠在地志工的投入與協助，他們將共同參與活動的現場運作。
活動的核心，是社群、創意，以及人與人之間的連結。
這裡沒有政府官員對著麥克風沒完沒了地講著沒有人來聽的事情—只有音樂、藝術、表達，以及單純的快樂。

2.參加星空音療者，請於 18:45 至雙層建築物前集合準備。
