這是一場，你可以躺下來聽的音樂會。
什麼是深度聆聽（Deep Listening）？
不只是一種聆聽技巧，而是回到覺知與好奇心——
用全身心去專注一個聲音。
在主動聆聽中，覺知慢慢甦醒；
在身體躺平之中，發現內在的動能，轉化為聲音，自然流動出來。

What is Deep Listening? Deep Listening is more than a technique; it is a return to awareness and curiosity—focusing your whole mind and body on a single sound. Through active listening, awareness gradually awakens. As you lie flat and relax, you discover an inner kinetic energy that naturally flows out and transforms into sound.

【 8/15（六）泛音詠唱體驗工作坊 】
原來，一個人的嗓子，可以同時唱出好幾層聲音。
幾千年前，蒙古人用呼麥向大自然演唱；
澳洲原住民吹迪吉里杜管長達四萬年；
薩滿以喉音進入不同維度，頌缽淨化空間與身心——
泛音，始終是人類連結物質與精神世界的橋樑。
這天，跟著 Mark 與 TOSA 助教團，
從呼吸、聆聽到吟唱，
在三小時裡學會泛音詠唱的初步技巧，
打開身心的隱藏開關，釋放你還沒聽過的聲音。
課程模組｜母音的共鳴體驗・如何聽見泛音・泛音的顏色與音階・
單口腔泛音演唱法・泛音的療癒實作
本場限額 25 人，小組助教深度帶領，零基礎可參加。
Aug 15 (Sat) 14:00–17:00｜Overtone Vocal Workshop
For thousands of years, Mongolians used Khoomei (throat singing) to sing to nature; Australian Aborigines played the didgeridoo for over 40,000 years; Shamans utilized throat harmonics to travel through different dimensions; and singing bowls have long purified physical and spiritual spaces. Overtones have always served as a bridge connecting the material and spiritual worlds.
Guided by Mark and the TOSA assistant team, you will learn the fundamental techniques of overtone singing through breathing, deep listening, and chanting over 3 hours. Unlock hidden switches within your body and mind, releasing sounds you have never heard before.

【 關於 Mark Van Tongeren 馬克・范・湯可鄰 】
人聲泛音詠唱大師，荷蘭萊頓大學創意與表演藝術博士。
來台超過 18 年，培育出許多人聲泛音詠唱的台灣學生，
也將圖瓦的呼麥民謠音樂帶入台灣視野。
近年合作橫跨鋼琴即興演奏家李世揚、驫舞劇場、光環舞集、
作曲家曾興魁與董昭民；2022 年於國家兩廳院參與許博允作品《境》演出。
Vocal overtone singing master and Ph.D. in Creative and Performing Arts from Leiden University, Netherlands. Living in Taiwan for over 18 years, he has trained numerous Taiwanese overtone singers and brought Tuvan Khoomei folk music into the Taiwanese artistic landscape. He has collaborated with improvisational pianist Lee Shih-Yang, HORSE Dance Theatre, Reflection Dance Theater, and composers Tseng Shing-Kwei and Tung Chao-Ming. In 2022, he performed in Hsu Bo-Yun’s work Jing at the National Theater.
