Join us for Fitness in the Park on Saturday July 11.
Training alone gets old. Same solo grind, no one to push you, no one to tell you your form's off.
It's a lot better with a crew — outdoors in the park, sunshine, good energy, with people who are into the same thing you are. And a coach actually watching how you move, fixing what you can't see on your own.
If this sounds like your kind of afternoon, come to our free Fitness in the Park event on Saturday July 18 at 5pm.
Here's what you'll get:
1. Get expert eyes on your form. Daniel breaks down your squat, plank, and clean, critiques how you move, and answers the form questions you've never had the chance to ask.
2. Train outdoors with your crew. A group workout in the park alongside other fitness-minded people — a lot more fun than another solo session inside.
3. Go for the fitness, stay for the fun. Train hard, then hang around — this isn't a rush-in-rush-out session.
Plus, everyone who comes gets:
A free Movement Evaluation voucher — a private 30-minute session with Daniel to map out where your movement's at (book anytime within 30 days)
The plank challenge — last one standing wins a free 1-hour training session with Daniel
A bento box picnic in the park after the workout.
I'm Daniel, your coach. I'm a Level 2 CrossFit Trainer, and I also trained the NSYSU dragon boat team to a gold medal. I fell in love with fitness — and I want to help you do the same.
We're capping this at 8 people so Daniel can give everyone real attention — grab your spot before they're gone.
