在一場例會裡,你能練到的四種能力 💪
我們的例會不只是「聽英文」,而是讓每個人都有上台、開口、被看見的機會:
- 📢 備稿演講 (Prepared Speech) 事先準備一篇主題演講,從組織內容到台風表達,系統性磨練你的公眾演說能力。
- ⚡ 即席演說 (Table Topics) 面對臨場拋出的問題,在一兩分鐘內快速思考、條理回應——這正是職場會議、面試最需要的反應力。
- 💬 回饋點評 (Evaluation) 學習給予具建設性的回饋,也從他人的點評中成長。聽得懂、說得出建議,本身就是領導力。
- 🎙 會議主持 (Toastmaster of the Evening) 擔任當晚主持人,掌控流程與節奏、串接全場——這是訓練臨場掌控與領導力的最佳舞台。
每一次參與,都是一次真實的練習。✨

- 🗓 時間:每月第二、第四個週一 19:00–21:00

- 🎫 場地費:會員 $150 / 非會員 $200 / 學生 $100(提供點心飲料,現場支付)

Want to level up your English and show more confidence and leadership at work? Join us at Monday English Night — open up and speak English in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere, while practicing speaking, leadership, and networking together.
Four skills you'll build in a single meeting 💪
Our meetings aren't about just listening to English — everyone gets the chance to take the stage, speak up, and be heard:
- 📢 Prepared Speech Deliver a speech you've prepared in advance — from organizing your ideas to stage presence, build your public speaking skills step by step.
- ⚡ Impromptu Speaking (Table Topics) Respond to a surprise question in a minute or two — exactly the quick thinking you need for meetings and interviews.
- 💬 Giving Feedback (Evaluation) Learn to give constructive feedback, and grow from the feedback you receive. Knowing how to offer useful suggestions is leadership in action.
- 🎙 Hosting (Toastmaster of the Evening) Run the meeting as the host — manage the flow, keep the pace, and tie everything together. It's the best stage to build composure and leadership.
