BAO 正準備重新定義速食。BFF(BAO Fast Foods)是一個全新的概念,源於一個簡單的信念:台灣的日常飲食文化,值得在世界速食的版圖中佔有一席之地。BFF 不僅致力於提供美味的速食,更希望帶來啟發;為了實現這一願景,我們決定以「開源(Open Source)」的思維來建構這套速食系統,並邀請大眾共同參與開發。
本次座談兼具餐飲與研發的功能,為設計與餐飲領域的專業人士提供了一個難得的契機:親眼見證一套品牌、餐飲與速食文化是如何在公開且透明的過程中,逐步成形。

BAO is preparing to redefine fast food. BFF (BAO Fast Foods) is a brand-new concept born from a simple belief: Taiwan’s everyday food culture deserves a place on the global fast-food map. BFF is not only committed to serving delicious fast food, but also to inspiring people. To realize this vision, we have chosen to build this fast-food system with an “open source” mindset and invite the public to participate in its development.
This forum serves both culinary and R&D purposes, offering professionals in the design and food industries a rare opportunity to witness firsthand how a brand, a dining concept, and a fast-food culture can gradually take shape through an open and transparent process.
The lecture series invites partners from the food and beverage industry to share their entrepreneurial journeys and experiences in product and business development.
