Night Market Tour – Event Details & Policies

• Event Information

1. Event: Night Market Tour – 2026 Taipei Rotary Convention
2. Date & Time: Tuesday, June 16th 7pm-9pm
3. Venue: All attendees will be assigned to small groups. The designated assembly point will be provided, and the organizer will notify each attendee via email prior to the event.
4. Participants: Rotaractors and Rotary members worldwide
5. The ticket includes non-refundable booking fees only. Attendees are required to bring CASH to purchase local delicacies at the night market. 

• Registration

1. Please complete online registration and payment in advance through ACCUPASS event page. 
2. When completing the registration form, please indicate the names of any friends you wish to be grouped with. The organizer will make every effort to accommodate these requests; however, group placement cannot be guaranteed.
3. After registration, a confirmation email will be sent to you with event details and your ticket/QR code.
4. The event organizer will issue an official receipt for all registration payments in the confirmation email. Please note that Uniform Invoices (Government Uniform Invoice) cannot be issued for this event. By completing the registration and payment, participants acknowledge and agree to the receipt arrangement stated above.
5. Please present your ticket or QR code at check-in at the designated assembly point.

• Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Please note that no refunds will be issued in the event of cancellation.

• Ticket Transfer Policy

1. Tickets are transferable. If another person uses your ticket/QR code to check in, the ticket will be considered used and cannot be used again. If the original ticket holder later wishes to attend, they will need to purchase a new ticket.

• Notes

1. In accordance with Taiwan law, participants must be at least 18 years old to purchase and consume alcohol. The organizer reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to anyone under 18. Please DO NOT drink and drive.
2. By attending this event, participants agree that photos and videos taken during the event may be used for promotional and documentation purposes.
3. The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event program if necessary.
