四、參賽資格:
凡全球學術界人士(包含教授、助理教授、副教授、講師及業師)或凡有意參賽之藝術家及創意從業人員,均具備報名參加本競賽及展覽資格。
五、獎勵項目︰
A. 本次藝術大賽設置25名「拉賈·拉維·瓦瑪獎 (Raja Ravi Varma Awards)」。
B. 本次藝術大賽設置25名「阿姆里塔·謝爾-吉爾獎 (Amrita Sher-Gil Awards)」。
C. 獲獎者榮譽:所有獲獎者均獲頒「電子展覽畫冊 (e-Catalogue)」、「榮譽電子證書
(Honourable Mention e-Certificate)」及「線上展覽 (Online Exhibition)」展出機會。
D. 凡參與者均可獲頒「英文參賽證明電子證書(Participation Certificate)」。
向台灣合作單位(WCECA)報名者可獲:
個人中文專業新聞一則(約八百至一千字左右)附5張照片、團體中文新聞,
發佈2家以上電子媒體及各大社群平台。(視情況兼發佈英文新聞)

八、 評審團評審機制與流程:
1. 專業透明的評選程序:
藝術獎的評選過程秉持完全透明的原則,由具備傑出成就之藝術家與策展人所組成的
高規格評審團負責執行。
2. 嚴格的作品原創核實:
參賽學術人士於線上(透過電子郵件)完成報名、填寫個人資料並提交作品影像。
隨後,評審團隊將對資料進行細節審核,並特別採用「Google 圖片檢索系統」
進行比對,以確保作品為原創、非抄襲之作。核實無誤後,報名申請方能正式獲得核准。
3. 獨立評分與數據彙編:
每位評審員皆採取獨立作業方式進行評核。評分表與數據儲存裝置(隨身碟)彙整後,
評分數據將統一輸入 Excel 表格進行編製。最終獲獎名單將嚴格依據電腦計算之總分
排序結果產生。
4. 證書簽署與榮譽核發:
獲獎名單與電子證書隨後將送交各贊助單位主管簽署。獲獎者除獲得專屬獲獎證書外,
亦將獲頒 BAG 官方獎項電子證書及電子展覽畫冊。
九、條款與細則:
1. 資料正確性與原創要求:
參賽者必須於報名表中填寫正確且真實之資訊,並確保提交之藝術作品均為個人原創。
2. 報名生效條件:
報名程序須於主辦單位確認收到報名費用後,方視為正式生效。
3. 學術身分核實:
為核實參賽者之學術從業者身分,所有參加者均須提供所屬單位(研究機構、學院或大學)
之教職員識別證或相關證明文件影本。
4. 單位識別標誌之授權:
參賽者須提供其所屬單位之識別標誌(Logo),以供本活動宣傳海報及展覽畫冊之
排版設計使用。
5. 多項作品參賽規範:
學術從業者可跨不同類別提交多項作品參賽。每項提交作品均視為獨立報名案件,
須分別填寫報名資訊並繳納相應費用。

Objective:
The objective of the International Online Art Competition & Online Exhibition 2026 is to provide a distinguished global platform for Professors with Profession art and design academicians to showcase their professional creative practices alongside academic excellence. The event aims to encourage innovation, originality, and research-oriented artistic expression while promoting cross-cultural dialogue and interdisciplinary exchange. It seeks to recognize educator-artists who bridge teaching, research, and professional practice, enhance international visibility for academicians, foster global networking, and inspire the integration of contemporary artistic practices into art and design education worldwide.
Event Format:
This will be a fully virtual exhibition, allowing for widespread participation without geographical limitations. The exhibition will be hosted on a dedicated online platform, making it accessible to a global audience.

JURY:
- The Art Award selection process is a completely transparent process undertaken by an accomplished panel of artists and curators.
- An academician registers and fills in their profile details online by email and sends their artwork image. The details are then checked, and Google image-check is used to verify that it is not a copy. Following this, the form is accepted and approved by our team.
- Each judge does the evaluation independently, and the sheets and pen drives are then collected from them, and the scoring data is entered into an Excel sheet and compiled. The awardees are then selected by sorting the total scores on the computer.
- The list of winners and award e-certificates is then sent to the respective Patrons’ heads to sign. This certificate goes to the award winner, along with the BAG Award e-certificate and the e-catalogue.
Terms and Conditions:
- It is mandatory for the participants to fill out the correct information in the form along with their original work of art.
- The entry shall be considered valid only after the entry fee is deposited.
- All participants share his/her organization (institute/ college/ university) Identity Card for confirming that he/she is an academician.
- Participants also shared his/her organization’s (institute/ college/ university) Logo for poster and catalogue design.
- An academician can make multiple entries in different categories. He/she shall have to treat each entry as separate and pay a fee for each entry.
