- Participants: Rotaractors and Rotary members worldwide
- Includes: Dinner, drinks, networking activities, and international fellowship
- Registration
- Please complete online registration and payment in advance through ACCUPASS event page.
- After registration, a confirmation email will be sent to you with event details and your ticket/QR code.
- The event organizer will issue an official receipt for all registration payments in the confirmation email. Please note that Uniform Invoices (Government Uniform Invoice) cannot be issued for this event. By completing the registration and payment, participants acknowledge and agree to the receipt arrangement stated above.
- Please present your ticket/QR code at check-in.
- Cancellation & Refund Policy
- ACCUPASS has been mandated to process ticket return and refund matters for this event in accordance with the Ticket Return Processing Procedure. If you need to return a ticket, please do so 8 days before the end of the event. Late applications will not be accepted. A processing fee will be charged at 10% of the ticket price. - If the event is canceled due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), a refund will be issued for the ticket price paid, excluding any ticketing platform service fees or handling charges that have already been incurred and are non-refundable.
- Ticket Transfer Policy
- Tickets are transferable. If another person uses your ticket/QR code to check in, the ticket will be considered used and cannot be used again. If the original ticket holder later wishes to attend, they will need to purchase a new ticket.

- Alcohol will be served at this event. In accordance with Taiwan law, participants must be at least 18 years old to purchase and consume alcohol. Participants may be required to present a valid ID or passport for age verification at check-in. The organizer reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to anyone under 18. Please DO NOT drink and drive.
- By attending this event, participants agree that photos and videos taken during the event may be used for promotional and documentation purposes.
- The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event program if necessary.
