2026年馬年之初，藝術家塵三於穎川畫廊推出全新個展《悅馬馳山》。展名將常見的「躍」改為「悅」，這一字之差，道出了塵三對生命的理解：真正的自由，也許在征服與超越後，更多是與天地同行時那份發自內心的喜悅。
At the opening of 2026, the Year of the Horse, artist Chen San presents his new solo exhibition A Joyful Gallop at In River Gallery. The title makes a deliberate shift, replacing the character for "leap" with the one for "joy." In that single change lives Chen San's understanding of life-true freedom, perhaps, is less about conquest or transcendance, and more about the deep, quiet joy that comes from moving alongside the earth.

此次個展的作品並非技法的展示，而是生命狀態的自然流露。他的筆觸時而奔放如馬蹄奔騰，時而沉靜如山巒屹立，但無論動靜，都有一種「悅」的底色，那是經過歲月淘洗後，對存在本身的深刻見解。
The works in this exhibition are not demonstrations of technique. They are a natural expression of a state of being. His brushwork can be as wild in full gallop, or as still as a mountain that has always been there, but beneath both, there is always that undercurrent of joy. The kind that only comes after time has worn away everything unnecessary, leaving behind a clear insight for existence itself.

馬年的意義，對塵三來說不是生肖的符號，而是一種精神的召喚。馬象徵著自由的力量與遠行，但在《悅馬馳山》中，這些特質都被轉化為更內在的狀態：力量不是征服，而是承載；自由不是出世，而是大隱於市；遠行不是逃離，而是歸來。畫面中那些層疊的色彩、流動的線條，像是馬蹄踏過人生道路時揚起的塵土，也像是時間在畫布上留下的溫柔印記。
For Chen San, the Year of the Horse is not about a zodiac sign. It's a call to something deeper. The horse stands for freedom and the open road, but in A Joyful Gallop, those qualities turn inward. Strength is not about conquest, but about what you can carry. Freedom is not about leaving the world behind, but about finding stillness within it. And setting out is not about escape, but about finding your way back. The layered colors and flowing lines in these paintings feel like dust rising on a long road, or like the gentle marks that time leaves on a canvas.

塵三的作品提醒我們：奔跑本身不是問題，而是我們是否還記得為何出發，並且還能在奔跑中感受到喜悅。《悅馬馳山》提醒著我們找到屬於自己的步調，在變動中保持內心的從容，在馳騁中不忘初心，或許這就是塵三在馬年想要分享的智慧。
Chen San's work asks us whether we still remember why we started running in the first place, and whether we can still find joy in the running itself. A Joyful Gallop is an invitation to find your own pace, to stay grounded through change, and to keep that passion even at full speed. That, perhaps, is what we can all learn in the year of the horse.
