This hour-long session offers a live, guided meditation and everyday mindfulness practices, followed by gentle reflection and open conversation. Participants are invited to explore what meditation feels like in their own body and mind, and to learn how meditation, combined with life and leadership coaching, can support self-awareness, emotional regulation, and enhanced well-being in everyday life. No prior meditation experience is needed.
