In this Level 1 Vinyasa class, we will explore how breath supports movement and how intentional breathing can create greater steadiness, clarity, and presence. Through guided yoga practice, breathwork, and mindful awareness, participants are invited to reconnect with their inner experience and approach yoga as a form of daily support that extends beyond the mat. This yoga workshop takes place within a gallery room filled with artwork centered on healing, growth, and resilience, inviting participants to fully immerse themselves in the experience.
This session is suitable for beginners and those seeking a gentle, mindful practice that supports both physical ease and emotional regulation.
Please bring your own yoga mat and water, and wear comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement.
