- 本活動邀請國際知名插畫出版相關專業具影響力的藝術總監、插畫師經紀人等專業人士擔任評審 (具有紐約插畫師協會、洛杉磯插畫協會、SPD美國出版設計師協會獎、Communication Art、American Illustration 和 Applied Arts 等國際插畫賽事評審經驗)，評選出「最強50」的50位優秀創作者，透過國際專業人士角度，讓大眾看到更多插畫之美與無限創意可能性。
This competition features an international jury of influential art directors and illustration agents from the global publishing industry, with experience judging major awards including the Society of Illustrators New York and Los Angeles, SPD, Communication Arts, American Illustration, and Applied Arts. The jury will select the Top 50 illustrators, presenting outstanding creative voices to an international audience.

Following the competition, an awards celebration will bring illustrators and industry professionals together through projected, screen based, and printed exhibitions. The event invites brands and companies seeking illustration talent to connect directly with creators in a relaxed, social setting, encouraging face to face conversations and meaningful collaboration opportunities.

▌參賽資格
凡年滿18歲以上之個人，其所創作之插畫作品最初發表(含線上)於2025年2月1日至2026年4月1日之間，均具有參賽資格。已經參與其他國際賽事作品亦為本賽事所歡迎，作品主題、尺寸與媒材不限，須與創作理念契合；每一份參賽作品將受評於評審團的各成員，依其所屬類別進行評估。
The competition is open to individual creators aged 18 or above whose illustration works were first published, including online publication, between February 1, 2025 and April 1, 2026.
Works previously submitted to other international competitions are welcome.
There are no restrictions on theme, size, or medium, provided the work aligns with the artist’s creative intent. Each submitted work will be reviewed by all members of the jury and evaluated within its designated category.
*參賽者須具備展示個人多張作品網址（如：Behance, Art Station, 個人網站等）或長期經營之插畫創作社群平台（如：Instagram 藝術帳號）。
設立目的：本賽事旨在串聯優秀創作者與國際產業資源。主辦單位於賽後將「最強 50」贏家畫廊（Winners Gallery），推薦予歐美頂尖藝術與設計總監、出版社及代理商，參賽者提供之平台須能展現其完整之創作風格與穩定產出能力。
Participants must provide a public portfolio or illustration focused social media account demonstrating a consistent body of original work. The Top 50 Winners Gallery will be shared with leading international art directors, publishers, and agencies.

▌賽事獎項 Prizes
獎項包括全場最佳1名 (美國 Illozoo 插畫師一年合約)、優選獎4名、評審獎5名以及年度Top50入圍榮譽等獎項!
Awards include Best of Show (1 winner) with a one year illustration contract with Illozoo (USA), Merit Awards (4 winners), Jury Awards (5 winners), and recognition as part of the Top 50 Illustrators of the Year.

▌參賽類別 Submission Categories
(一)商業出版 Commissioned：所有受委託合作的插畫作品包括：編輯、圖書、廣告、書籍出版、繪本、圖像授權和品牌宣傳等。
Illustration works created through client commissions, including editorial projects, books, advertising, picture books, image licensing, brand campaigns, and related commercial applications.
(二)未受委託 Uncommissioned：沒有接受客戶委託或受到委託後沒有被任何商業應用的插畫作品，如：個人創作、個人作品周邊印製以及前衛作品創作。
Illustration works not created for client commissions or not used for commercial purposes, including personal projects, self initiated works, merchandise created from personal work, and experimental creations.

Boom! Celebration (頒獎慶祝暨業界交流活動) 活動套票精彩內容將於2026年6月公布！
活動聲明：
- 參賽作品不得有抄襲、違反著作權或冒名頂替之侵權情形；如違反前述規定經證實者，得逕行取消名次且不遞補，除追回獎勵與殊榮外，創作者另需自負法律責任。本競賽嚴格禁止使用生成式人工智慧生成器（如Midjourney、Stable Diffusion、Dall.e等）所產生的圖像參賽。所有參賽者必須提供創作歷程與證據來證明其創作過程，必須確保擁有該作品之著作權。若經查證發現參賽作品有使用AI之疑慮，無論在賽事的任何階段，均將立即淘汰，並不予進一步說明。參賽者若有以上情形應自行承擔相應後果，若影響本賽事名譽與聲譽，將進行法律求償。
國際評審均能辨別AI作品，主辦單位也有辨識AI作品的程式，若獲選者作品經程式核查為AI製作，將要求創作者提出有力證據進行一次辯駁。
- 主辦單位有權拒受任何對不同國家文化或道德有歧視與侵犯以及不符合參賽資格的作品。 參賽者的參賽作品必須是原創作品，如作品發生知識產權或版權糾紛等，主辦單位有權取消其參賽資格，並由參賽者自行承擔後果，參賽者應保證主辦單位不會因使用參賽作品而產生任何版權或智慧財產權糾紛。
- 主辦單位擁有參賽作品的展覽與網路宣傳的權利。
- 本簡章有未盡事宜，本會得修訂之，並保留修改、變更、取消本比賽活動之權利，活動期 間重要公告以主辦單位網路公布為準，如有任何疑問，請洽主辦單位。
- 參賽者完成報名提交後，則視為認同以上條例並遵守賽制與相關規則，主辦方無須簽署其他但書。
*請注意下列成員為這次比賽的國際評審團 (請點選評審照片或至活動官網了解更多評審團資歷)，下方 "活動嘉賓" 為 Accupass 無法修改之預設名稱，並非全員會出席 "Boom! Celebration" 之活動嘉賓，活動當日將會邀請業界知名專業人士與大家一起互動!
