展覽以戰爭及沉船為主題,帶領觀眾了解臺灣海戰歷程及與之相關的沉船遺址。展覽規劃四大展區,首先是「臺灣海洋戰爭史」,以互動投影技術呈現自明清時期至二戰的臺灣重大海戰歷史事件;隨後進入「臺灣沉船故事」展區,「烽火船說:海空對決」沉浸式劇場為展覽亮點,重現1944年澎湖馬公港周遭船艦遭空襲沉沒的情境;接著是「烽火記憶-戰爭沉船文物」展區,展示了我國重要列冊沉船及出水遺物的故事。;後「守護與永續」展區設計了互動遊戲,以寓教於樂的方式傳達水下考古知識。期待藉由展覽讓觀眾感受出水遺物承載的歷史記憶與深厚的背景底蘊,並對水下文資保存維護與永續發展有更深入的理解。
This exhibition is themed on war and shipwrecks to guide visitors through the maritime warfare history and related shipwreck sites of Taiwan, which features four exhibition zones. The Maritime Warfare History of Taiwan utilizes interactive projection technology to recount major naval battles in Taiwan from the Ming and Qing dynasties to World War II. Stories of Taiwan’s Shipwrecks is highlighted by the immersive theater Warship Stories - Air-Sea Fights, and recreates the air raid on vessels around Magong Harbor, Pescadores Islands in 1944. Warship Stories - Shipwreck Relics showcases stories of significant registered shipwrecks and recovered relics of Taiwan. Preservation and Sustainability is designed with interactive games to deliver underwater archaeology knowledge in an engaging educational manner. The exhibition aims to immerse visitors in the historical memories and narratives carried by the underwater relics, and deepen their understanding of underwater cultural heritage preservation and sustainable development in this field.
