退款政策 Pre-Event Refund Policy
本活動由於名額有限，我們建議您今天就報名。
報名截止時間為2026年3月25日中午12點，如提前報名額滿由賽事主辦單位決定是否加開。
活動報名需支付全額費用。參賽者繳付全部參賽費用後才獲最終名額確認。
Venture Treks關於退款的取消政策。這是必要的，因為在舉辦活動中發生的大部分費用都是提前由主辦方之支付諾的，而且只有提前很久才能退款。退款將扣除相關的行政和處理費用。賽前費用包括用品、比賽號碼、獎牌、醫療人員、服務供應商、場館費用、工作人員和許多其他項目，這些都需要到位，才能讓你享受一場安全和愉快的比賽！
如果在2026年4月10日午夜或之前以書面形式取消參賽，將退還已支付的60%的參賽費用。
2026年6月10日以後將不退款。
退款只能通過聯繫info@venturetreks.asia進行。

This is a Pre-Entry Event. Entries are limited, so we suggest you reserve your place today.
Pre-Entries close on March 25th, 2026 at 12:00 noon, or at the Event Organizer’s discretion, when capacity has been reached.
Full payment is required on entry. An entry is only confirmed on full payment of the entry fee.
Venture Treks has a cancellation policy pertaining to refunds. This is necessary because most of the expenses incurred in staging events are committed to in advance, and as such refunds are only possible well in advance. Refunds will be subject to a nominal administration and handling fee. Pre-event costs include supplies, race numbers, medals, medics, service providers, venue fees, staff and many other items that need to be in place for you to enjoy a safe and enjoyable event. Thank you!
60% of the entry fee paid will be refunded if an entry is canceled in writing on or before midnight on April 10th, 2026.
No refunds will be paid after April 10th, 2026.
Refunds can only be made by contacting info@venturetreks.asia
NOTE: All refund payments are made within 30 days after the event date.
賽事取消或延期政策 Race Cancellation or Postponement Policy
我們的目標始終是提供一個愉快與安全的比賽體驗。但是為了您的健康和安全，有時不尋常的情況(天氣和其他外力因素)可能讓我們被迫取消比賽。我們從來不想取消比賽，所以只有在安全風險很大的情況下才會取消。
因下列原因賽事主辦方保留取消、修改或取消越野賽的權利:
- 自然災害(或台灣中央氣象局發布的警告)。在這種情況下，不能更改賽道以繼續比賽，也不能推遲比賽日期。
- 由於發生地震、颶風/颱風、洪水、山體滑坡、事故、流行病，而無法確保跑步者的安全。賽事主辦方保留對賽事縮短或取消的最終決定權。
- 比賽是否取消的決定將在比賽前一天或比賽當天作出。這將通過官方比賽網站和官方社交媒體進行溝通。
在這種情況下，將不退還比賽報名費。每位參加者必須接受任何已繳付報名費的風險。收取的參賽費用將用於賽事的發展和相關前製作業，包括賽道準備、比賽用品、許可證和管理。我們將盡一切努力為所有參與者提供一個公平和安全的活動。我們做出的任何影響比賽日期或可能取消的決定都是經過仔細考慮的，並基於整個賽事的安全性、可持續性和可管理性。

Our goal is always to provide an enjoyable, safe race experience. However, sometimes unusual conditions (weather and other) may require that, for your health and safety, we cancel a race. We never want to cancel a race and will do so only if the safety risk is great.
The race organizer reserves the right to cancel, modify or call-off the trail race for the following reasons:
- Natural disasters (or declared warnings issued by the Taiwan Central Weather Bureau. In such a case, the race course cannot be changed to continue the race, nor will the race be postponed to a later date.
- The inability to ensure runners safety due to in the event of an earthquake, hurricane/typhoon, flood, landslides, incidents, accidents, epidemics and/or pandemics. The race organizer reserves the right to make judgments and decisions regarding the shortening/canceling of the race.
- The decision as to whether or not the race will be canceled will be made on the day before the race or on the day of the race. This will be communicated via the official race website and official social media.
In such cases there will be no refunds of race entry fees. Each participant must accept any such risk of their entry fee paid. There is no complimentary race entry to a future race. Entry fees collected are used to develop and produce the event, starting well in advance of the race date – including course preparation, race supplies, permits and administration. We will make every effort to produce a fair and safe event for all participants. Any decision we make that impacts the race date or potential cancellation is carefully considered and based on the overall event safety, sustainability and manageability.
In the event of the race being canceled due to circumstances beyond our control, we will attempt to reschedule to a later date in the same year and all entries will transfer to that rescheduled date. If this proves impossible the cancellation policy will apply.

Please make sure that you read through our event waiver form, and understand the contents thereof, before accepting the terms of the event waiver.
The event waiver form is found on the Venture Treks website and the Accupass registration system.
活動保險和參與者個人保險 Event Insurance and Participant Personal Insurance
作為主辦方，我們已經為活動購買了公共責任保險，但此保險僅對因主辦方的行動或決策導致的事故或傷害引起的索賠提供有限保障。
我們建議您在參加此活動之前購買個人意外保險或國內旅行保險，以涵蓋在活動期間可能因個人受傷而產生的任何個人意外費用，包括救護費、醫療費用或收入損失。
國際參與者應在抵達台灣之前購買此越野跑活動的旅行保險。
所有參與者都有責任確保他們理解自己的保險政策以及對於每種個人事件或傷害可以提出的索賠。
我同意，如果我受傷或需要醫療幫助，活動/賽事主辦方可能會根據其認為必要的方式，由我支付的費用安排醫療治療和緊急撤離。Venture Treks並未為參與者提供個人意外保險。
我們建議您在參加此活動/賽事之前自行購買個人意外保險、救護保險和收入保護保險，以應對因參加活動/賽事而可能產生的意外個人費用，包括救護費、醫療費用或因受傷而需要請假的情況。

We as organizers have taken out Public Liability Insurance for the Event that has limited cover for claims based on accidents or injury caused by the actions or decisions of the organizer.
We do recommend that you arrange your own personal accidental insurance or domestic travel insurance before participating in this event to cover any personal accidental expenses that may arise due to personal injuries during the event, including ambulance fees, medical expenses, or lost of income.
International participants should purchase travel insurance for the this trail running event before arriving to Taiwan.
All participants are responsible to make sure they understand their insurance policies and the claims they are allowed to file for each type of personal incident or injury.
I agree that if I am injured or require medical assistance, the Event Organiser may, at my cost, arrange medical treatment and emergency evacuation as deemed necessary by the Event Organiser. Venture Treks does not have personal accident insurance for participants.
We recommend that you arrange your own personal accident insurance, ambulance cover and income protection insurance before participating in the Event to cover any unforeseen personal costs you may incur due to ambulance trips, medical expenses, or time off work due to injuries sustained whilst participating in the Event.
I agree that I am responsible for my own medical and ambulance insurance cover.
照片/影片政策 Photos/Videos Policy
在整個活動中，會拍攝照片和影片，並可能被用於VENTURE TREKS社群媒體和網站，作為分享內容和或宣傳VENTURE TREKS業務。
我同意VENTURE TREKS可以使用我的照片/視頻，以及在他們的社群媒體渠道和網站上使用我的名字、圖像、肖像和故事作為分享內容和或推廣他們的業務。
Throughout the event, photos and video footage are taken and may be used on the VENTURE TREKS social media channels and website as a way of sharing the content, and or to promote the VENTURE TREKS business.
I consent that VENTURE TREKS can use the photos/video footage taken of myself and in using my name, image, likeness and also my performance on their social media channels and website as a way of sharing content and or to promote their business.
Accupass
在ACCUPASS 完成付款後，系統將發送報名完成確認信到你Email.
我們僅使用ACCUPASS 做為報名，活動當日不需要提供給我們報名紙本或QR 碼給我們！
這個功能是ACCUPASS 他們報名系統自動產生的！不做為我們活動入場的要求。
Once successful payment is received on Accupass, a confirmation email is generated and emailed to the registered participant.
We use Accupass for registrations only, we don't require any participant to show us any paper tickets, e-tickets or QR tickets to gain access on the event day.
These functions are built-in automatically into the registration system, and isn't a requirement to attend our events.

By completing your registration, you acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions of participation, including event rules, guidelines, and safety procedures. You also consent to the event organizers using any photos or videos taken during the event for promotional purposes.
