當藝術節作為與城市及社群共生的文化實踐,策展工作的角色、視野與方法如何在不同城市、語言與在地社會情境間策動及協作?本論壇邀請來自里斯本、墨爾本、雪梨、橫濱、京都、香港及台南的藝術節及劇院策展人齊聚交流,分享藝術節如何成為城市的文化名片及在地社群關係網絡的交匯點。

Nagara Wada
Nagara Wada 自 2011 年 2 月起,以京都為基地開始從事劇場導演工作。她對「表演行為」本身抱持高度興趣,透過彷彿放大鏡般的方式細讀文本與主題,並在每一次創作中致力於建立屬於該作品的獨特表演語彙。她積極與不同領域的藝術家合作,包括視覺藝術、攝影、建築、音樂與舞蹈等,拓展劇場創作的可能性。
自 2018 年起,她加入 UrBANGUILD 的節目企劃團隊。2024 年起擔任 Kyoto Experiment 中 Echoes Now 節目的策展人之一,並自 2025 年起擔任 Kyoto Experiment 的副導演(Assistant Director)。
Sasapin Siriwanij
Sasapin Siriwanij 是一位常駐曼谷的表演藝術製作人、策展人與藝術家。她畢業於朱拉隆功大學文學院,擁有英語學士與碩士學位。她的創作與策展實踐聚焦於身體、自我賦權、真實連結、社會批判與社會轉型。自 2018 年起,她擔任曼谷國際表演藝術會議(BIPAM)的藝術總監,同時持續活躍於泰國與國際的創作與製作領域。
Kate Britton
Kate Britton 是雪梨 Performance Space 與 Liveworks Festival 的藝術總監。過去十多年,她長期投入藝術節與實驗性表演領域。她的策展重心著重於酷兒與跨領域的藝術實踐,並擁有美學博士學位。她致力於以互惠、回應式與透明的方式與藝術家合作,期望建立長久關係並培養具有生產力與連結性的創作社群。
温慧玟
温慧玟是2025年臺南藝術節策展人,現任雲門舞蹈教室董事長、雲門舞集文教基金會資深顧問、中華民國表演藝術協會常務理事,曾任雲門舞集行政總監、中華民國表演藝術協會理事長。迄今累積逾四十年的藝術行政、藝術教育資歷。
David Cabecinha
David Cabecinha 是葡萄牙里斯本國際表演藝術節 Alkantara 的共同藝術總監;該節致力於支持重新思考人與世界關係的藝術實踐。他自 2018 年起擔任此職務,曾於 2016–2017 年擔任 Temps d’Images Lisboa 藝術總監。擁有劇場與表演背景,自 2008 年起投入戲劇與影像領域,涵蓋編劇、劇作、表演與製作等多元角色。他的策展方法扎根於與藝術家的緊密對話,以及透過國際合作計畫來強化多元且具韌性的藝術生態。他致力於創造空間,讓藝術家、觀眾與社群得以聚集,並共同想像共享的未來。
Bobo Lee
Bobo Lee 是香港西九文化區管理局表演藝術(戲劇)高級製作人,負責制定西九劇場藝術的藝術視野與策略。他的重要節目策劃包括「Future of Performance」與「WestK Creators」系列。自 2022 年起,他與多位香港中生代劇場創作者與劇團共同製作多項作品。
他亦創辦「TechBox」跨領域交流平台,致力於培育劇場設計師並探索科技與表演的邊界;同時參與規劃「The Next Normal – 駐地藝術家計畫」、亞洲劇作家與劇本焦點計畫等多項與區域文化機構合作的交流項目。
Naomi Velaphi
Naomi 是常駐於 Naarm(墨爾本)的一位製作人與策展人,專長於製作當代、多元與跨領域藝術家的作品。超過 15 年來,她在美術館、藝術節與表演場館中,從事藝術家發展、節目規劃與設計等工作。
她目前擔任 Arts House 的節目總監,曾任 2025 亞太表演藝術三年展(Asia TOPA)的執行製作人。過去亦在 Next Wave、APAM、The Abbotsford Convent 與 Arts Centre Melbourne 擔任資深製作與節目相關職務。她的獨立製作實踐支持藝術家、製作人、策展人與演出場館之間展開慷慨的合作,並為新作開創更多可能的途徑。
Yurika Kuremiya
Yurika Kuremiya是常駐東京/橫濱的策展人與劇作顧問(dramaturg),主要從事舞蹈與表演領域。她的實踐探索身體如何在城市脈絡中存在,以及檔案材料與身體記憶如何在當代創作中開展新的觀看角度。
透過書寫、研究與對話,她陪伴藝術家發展作品,並營造跨領域與跨文化視野交會的創作背景。她目前擔任橫濱創作空間「Steep Slope Studio」的節目總監,並為 DEZAR Inc. 的共同藝術總監,在表演與視覺藝術之間展開多元合作。

How do curating and festival-making in performing arts become cultural practices in various contexts of languages, society and cities? This curatorial forum brings together international curators of houses and festivals from Lisbon, Melbourne, Sydney, Yokohama, Kyoto and Tainan in conversation. Come dive into their visions, mediation and practices and speculate how arts festivals could be made with the city and communities.

|About Speaker|
Nagara Wada
In February 2011, Nagara Wada began working as a theater director based in Kyoto. With a deep interest in the act of acting, Wada deciphers texts and motifs as if zooming into them, aiming to establish a distinct language for acting with each performance. She actively pursues collaborative projects with artists from various fields, including visual art, photography, architecture, music and dance. Since 2018, she has been part of the booking team for UrBANGUILD. She has served as one of the curators of Echoes Now at Kyoto Experiment since 2024, and as Assistant Director of Kyoto Experiment since 2025.
Sasapin Siriwanij
Sasapin Siriwanij is a performing arts producer, curator, and artist based in Bangkok. She holds both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in English from the Faculty of Arts at Chulalongkorn University. Her artistic and curatorial practices focus on the body, personal empowerment, authentic connections, social critique, and societal transformation. Since 2018, she has served as the Artistic Director of the Bangkok International Performing Arts Meeting (BIPAM), while actively pursuing an artistic and producing career in both Thailand and internationally.
Kate Britton
Kate Britton is the Artistic Director of Performance Space and Liveworks Festival in Sydney. For more than a decade she has worked in festivals and experimental performance. Her curatorial focus is queer and transdisciplinary practices and she has a PhD in aesthetics. She is committed to working with artists reciprocally, responsively and transparently, seeking to build lasting relationships and foster generative and connected communities of practice.
Hui-wen (Kate) Wen
温慧玟是2025年臺南藝術節策展人,現任雲門舞蹈教室董事長、雲門舞集文教基金會資深顧問、中華民國表演藝術協會常務理事,曾任雲門舞集行政總監、中華民國表演藝術協會理事長。迄今累積逾四十年的藝術行政、藝術教育資歷。
David Cabecinha
David Cabecinha is the Co-Artistic Director of Alkantara, an international performing arts festival in Lisbon, Portugal, committed to artistic practices that rethink how we see our place in the world. He has held this role since 2018, after leading the artistic direction of the Temps d’Images Lisboa festival (2016–2017). With a background in Theatre – Acting, he has worked across theatre and film since 2008 in roles ranging from dramaturgy and writing to performance and production. His curatorial practice is grounded in close dialogue with artists and in international cooperation projects that reinforce plural, resilient artistic ecologies. He seeks to create spaces where artists, audiences and communities can gather and imagine shared futures.
Bobo Lee
Bobo Lee is a Senior Producer for Performing Arts (Theatre) at the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority, responsible for developing the district’s artistic vision and strategies for Theatre Arts. Her major programming projects include the Future of Performance and WestK Creators series. Since 2022, Lee has co-produced a variety of works with mid-career theatre creators and companies in Hong Kong. Lee founded TechBox, a cross-disciplinary exchange platform that nurtures theatre designers and explores the new boundaries of technology and performance; she also participates in planning the exchange initiative, The Next Normal – Artist-in-Residence Programme, Asian Playwright and Script Focus, with regional cultural institutions.
Naomi Velaphi
Naomi is a producer and curator based in Naarm (Melbourne) Centered on producing the work of contemporary, diverse and interdisciplinary artists her experience spans working for and amongst galleries, festivals and performance spaces working across artist development, programming, and program design for over 15 years.
She is currently the Head of Programming at Arts House and prior to this was the Executive Producer for the Asia Pacific Triennial of Performing Arts 2025 (Asia TOPA). She has also held senior producing and programming roles at Next Wave, APAM, The Abbotsford Convent and Arts Centre Melbourne. Her independent practice has supported independent artists to unearth generous collaborations between artists, producers, curators and presenters and create pathways for new work.
Yurika Kuremiya
Yurika Kuremiya is a curator and dramaturg based in Tokyo/Yokohama, working mainly in dance and performance. Her practice explores how bodies inhabit urban contexts, and how archival materials and embodied histories can open new perspectives within contemporary creation. Working through writing, research, and dialogue, she accompanies artists in developing work and shaping contexts where different fields and cultural perspectives intersect. She is Program Director at Steep Slope Studio, a creation space supporting artistic processes in Yokohama, and Co-director of DEZAR inc., collaborating across performing and visual arts projects.
