體驗內容
由台灣出生/紐西蘭鋼琴家 Sherry Grant 與俄羅斯情緒健康教練 Yana Gall Huang 帶領，在台北一間溫馨的咖啡館中進行。您將聆聽史克里亞賓最能啟發人心的作品——這位作曲家以能感知聲音的色彩而聞名。
這是您超越被動聆聽、主動參與音樂體驗的絕佳機會：
體驗 Scriabin 現場演奏： 您將聆聽一場私密、親近的 Scriabin 鋼琴音樂演出，開啟您沉浸於他獨特的聲光色彩世界。
創作您的畫布： 使用現場提供的藝術工具，您將把對音樂的主觀感受和視覺感知，即興轉譯到畫布上。
實現情緒清晰： 直覺繪畫過程提供了一個非語言管道，能有效處理和釋放阻塞的情緒，培養更深的自我覺察和情感平衡。

活動流程：您的期待
準備與開始 (40 分鐘)： 您將報到、設定個人目標，並接受關於將聲音轉譯為色彩的關鍵引導。活動將以第一首 Scriabin 樂曲和「感受色彩」練習開始。
核心創作 (110 分鐘)： 這是體驗的核心。您將完全沉浸在現場鋼琴演奏中，並即興將您的感知繪製到畫布上。此創作環節分為兩個部分，中間有 10 分鐘的自我反思休息時間。
整合與結束 (30 分鐘)： 最後將播放一段輕鬆旋律，引導您進入 5 分鐘的靜止，整合體驗。隨後是公開的回饋與分享環節，活動即將結束。

Sherry Grant 是一位音樂會鋼琴家，也是史克里亞賓國際 2025 藝術節的藝術總監，致力於在全球推廣這位作曲家獨特的音樂。
Yana Gall Huang 是一位情緒健康教練，也是 Inner Spark 國際社群的創始人，她運用繪畫等表達性藝術來幫助人們自我探索並實現情緒平衡。

Welcome to a truly unique and transformative afternoon experience!
This event invites you to explore the intersection of classical piano music and expressive abstract art. Brought to you by the International Scriabin 2025 Festival, this experience commemorates the 110th year since the death of the visionary Russian composer, Alexander Scriabin (1872-1915).
THE EXPERIENCE
Join Taiwanese-born New Zealand concert pianist Sherry Grant and Russian-born emotional wellness coach Yana Gall Huang in a cozy cafe setting in Taipei. You will hear some of Scriabin's most inspiring pieces—music created by a composer known to see color in sound.
This is your opportunity to move beyond passive listening and engage with music actively:
Experience Live Scriabin: You will listen to a private, intimate performance of visionary Scriabin piano music, beginning your immersion in his unique world of sound and color.
Create Your Canvas: Using provided art tools, you will spontaneously translate your subjective feelings and visual perceptions of the music directly onto a canvas.
Achieve Emotional Clarity: The intuitive painting process provides a non-verbal channel to effectively Process and Release Blocked Emotions, fostering greater self-awareness and emotional balance.
Boost Mental Acuity: This powerful dual-sensory activity stimulates the brain, helping to enhance Imaginative Thinking, Creativity, and Learning abilities.
Share the Experience: All guests—whether singles, couples, families, colleagues, or friends—are welcome to participate and strengthen emotional bonds through shared creation.
No prior artistic experience is necessary. The focus is entirely on your personal, subjective journey.
THE PROGRAM: What to Expect
I. Getting Started (40 min): You will be welcomed, set a personal goal, and receive essential guidance on translating sound into color. The session begins with the first Scriabin piece and the guided "Feeling the Color" exercise.
II. Core Creation (110 min): This is the heart of the experience. You will be immersed in the live piano performance and spontaneously paint your perceptions onto canvas. This creative session is divided into two distinct parts, separated by a 10-minute self-reflection break.
III. Integration & Conclusion (30 min): A final relaxing melody guides you through 5 minutes of stillness to integrate your experience. This is followed by an open feedback and sharing session before the event concludes.
