Any personal information you give to us will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. Venture Treks will only use and share your information to process entries into our Events, ensuring your safety during the Event and keeping you informed by email. Your information will not be shared with third parties for any other reasons.

ACCUPASS
Once successful payment is received on Accupass, a confirmation email is generated and emailed to the registered participant.
We use Accupass for registrations only, we don't require any participant to show us any paper tickets, e-tickets or QR tickets to gain access on the event day.
These functions are built-in automatically into the registration system, and isn't a requirement to attend our events.

DECLARATION:
1. I have read the conditions of entry for Wings of Fire Challenge ("Event") and understand the demanding physical nature of the event. I have trained for this event and I am not aware of any medical condition or impairment that will be detrimental to my health if I participate in this event. If I do become aware of any medical condition or impairment, or am otherwise sick or injured prior to the event, I will withdraw from the event.
2. I acknowledge that participating in this event may involve a real risk of serious injury or even death from various causes including; over exertion, dehydration, and accidents with other participants, spectators or road users.
3. I acknowledge that it is a condition of participating in this event that I do so at my own risk. I accept all risks and release the event organiser, its agents, affiliates, employees, members, sponsors, promoters, volunteers, and any person or body, directly or indirectly associated with the event, from all claims, demands and proceedings arising out of or connected with my participation on this event and I indemnify them against all liability for all injury, loss or damage arising out of or connected with my participation in this event. This release continues forever and binds my heirs, successors, executors, personal representatives and assigns.
Venture Treks (VT) stages this event to benefit the sport of running. VT collects information from all participants for the administration and conduct of this event. If you do not provide this information, VT will not be able to register you in this event.
照片/影片政策 Photos/Videos Policy

Throughout the event, photos and video footage are taken and may be used on the VENTURE TREKS social media channels and website as a way of sharing the content, and or to promote the VENTURE TREKS business.
I consent that VENTURE TREKS can use the photos/video footage taken of myself and in using my name, image, likeness and also my performance on their social media channels and website as a way of sharing content and or to promote their business.
事取消或延期政策 Event Cancellation Policy
如果比賽因我們無法控制的情況而被取消，我們將推延至同個年度較晚日期重新安排比賽，所有參賽者將轉移到重新安排的日期。如果因為外在條件造成一樣無法舉行，那我們將為參賽者提供70%的退款。
In the event of the race being canceled due to circumstances beyond our control, we will attempt to reschedule to a later date in the same year and all entries will transfer to that rescheduled date. If this proves impossible we will offer entrants a 70% refund.
退費標準 Refund Policy
比賽日28天以上：60%退款 28+ days before race day: 60% refund
21-27天：50%退款 21-27 days: 50% refund
14-20天：40%退款 14-20 days: 40% refund
7-14天：20%退款 7-14 days: 20% refund
0-6天：不退款，但可轉讓名額給其他跑者（必須在比賽日前完成）。0-6 days: No refund, but entries can be transferred to another runner (must be completed before race day).
