📍 行程安排：
09:00 – 青山瀑布停車場集合、更換裝備
09:30 – 出發前往老梅溪入口，開始溯溪體驗
10:00 – 進入水域、簡易技巧教學、攀石與涉水
12:00 – 溪邊野餐＋游泳休息時間
13:00 – 瀑布垂降體驗（可自由選擇參加）
14:30 – 收拾裝備後可續行溯溪或折返
15:30 – 回到起點、更衣清理、解散

Laomei River Tracing & Waterfall Rappelling Day Trip
🗓 Date: October 18
💰 Fee: NT$1300 (similar events on klook usually charges 2500)
Confirm after pay, before the end of 10/15. This covers all gear rental and insurance, gas fee for transport is counted separately
📍 Itinerary:
09:00 – Meet at Qingshan Waterfall Parking Lot, put on equipment
09:30 – Depart for the River entrance, start river tracing adventure
10:00 – Enter the water, basic technique briefing, rock climbing & wading
12:00 – Riverside picnic + swimming and relaxation time
13:00 – Waterfall rappelling experience (optional participation)
14:30 – Pack up gear and continue tracing or return
15:30 – Back to starting point, clean up and dismissal
