🍾介紹 Introduction
在本工作坊中,藝術家鄭亭亭將邀請參與者分享自身與食物的記憶,透過食物本身以外的媒材:文字、聲音與敘事來探索飲食習慣與其記憶的重述如何形塑或加強地方認同。過程中藝術家也會與參與者一起調製並分享以宜蘭在地素材做成的雞尾酒。
In this workshop, artist Ting-Ting Cheng invites participants to share their personal memories related to food. Using mediums beyond food itself, such as text, sound, and storytelling. The workshop explores how the rituals and memories related to food and diet shape our regional identities. Together with the artist, participants will also create and share cocktails made with ingredients sourced from Yilan.

聆聽藝術家收集的在地食物聲音檔案,從農地到市場,從店家到餐桌,讓聲音喚起你潛藏的飲食記憶。
Listen to sound archives of local food collected by the artist—from farmland to market, from vendors to the dining table—and let sound awaken your hidden food memories.
📝 文字敘事練習 Narrative Writing Practice
透過飲食文學片段的抽籤與分享,重新審視文字如何描繪味覺經驗,並書寫屬於自己的食物故事。Draw and share excerpts of food literature, re-examine how words portray taste, and write your own food story.
🍸 在地特調體驗 Local Cocktail Creation
使用噶瑪蘭琴酒、三星蔥汁、金桔醬、宜蘭蜂蜜等在地素材,調製專屬的宜蘭風味雞尾酒。Craft unique Yilan-inspired cocktails using local ingredients such as Kavalan gin, scallion juice, kumquat jam, and Yilan honey.
🎭 記憶演繹互動 Memory Interpretation Interaction
參與者將自身的食物記憶化為文字,由他人演繹,在角色互換中發現記憶的多重面向。
